Satisfied with the product

Information in store was spot on, the delivery was very good,there when they said it would be, and the drivers were extremely helpful unloaded and positioned the items where it was easy for us to move. All in all excellent service.

Nothing was too much trouble. ALL the staff knew their "stuff" and are a real credit to Homebase. What a pleasure it is to shop at Basingstoke Homebase. Lisa really knew her products so well and was so helpful. Bev handled my issue and exchange with ease and confidence. Excellent throughout the store!

We purchased our new kitchen from Homebase (Basingstoke), John K. provided excellent customer service when he designed our kitchen, helped us select all the components to ensure everything was just perfect for us. John was also very patient and helpful during installation when we needed to swap worktop and cabinets or had delivery queries. We also received 0% finance deal over 3 years, which was helpful. Overall we had a perfect experience dealing with Homebase, particularly grateful for John looking after us.

John Kinge provided an excellent service when recently assisting us in designing our bathroom. John has an extensive knowledge of the range on offer at Homebase. He monitored the delivery of all of the items chosen and assisted with any small issues. John had a "can do" attitude throughout the whole process, which made things very easy. We would recommend John for any bathroom installation.

I popped in this morning to buy an olive tree and there wasn’t a decent one within my price available. Andy let me know there were some at the very back that had not been put out. He took me to the pallet and let me choose a beautiful one. Andy was so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Tha k you.

Maggie and Matt in the Basingstoke store were absolutely amazing today. Very helpful and really friendly which is nice to have as these days retail staff just go through the motions of serving you. I had a lovely chat with Maggie and whilst chatting explained I was hoping to buy some certain plants but couldn’t see them so will try again another day, Maggie called for Matt who went and checked for me and then helped with advice and which plants were better for what I needed (I’m a beginner with plants) he didn’t rush with his help. Back to the till again and happy to be served by Maggie again who was just as cheerful and chatty as before.
Just wanted to send this little feed back as customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore and I left your store feeling quite uplifted.

From our first encounter with John K, we knew we were in excellent hands for our kitchen, utility and en-suite shower room projects. Undergoing extensive building works, encountering minor issues along the way John has been nothing short of outstanding. The design appointments were a total pleasure, John is clearly very experienced and guided us expertly through the process. Bumps in the road have been inevitable with the building work, but John consistently found us work arounds and gave us total confidence that anything could be resolved. He has been on hand throughout the process not just at point of sale, offering advice and outstanding customer service. He answers correspondence swiftly, updates at the appropriate time and is a genuinely lovely chap. It has been fantastic to work with John to create our newly renovated home - we feel very fortunate to have found him, he truly is a credit to Homebase ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
