Excellent value for money extremely well designed for us by Jordan.

I ordered online. Fantastic service, i was contacted within an hour to say item was ready for collecting. Store assistant brought the bulky item to my car. Well chuffed.

I came in early and they did what they could to get it ready as soon as possible. Very nice and good service at Antrim.

Awful experience, checked stock online drove to anyrim store from ballymena two staff that we spoke to could find the item. I decided to try click and collect as we drove home. I arrived in ballymena to have a text saying my item was avail.for collection. I called antrim Store as I didn't want to make another journey up to dind out they couldn't find it, lady answered and said I just picked the order you need to know where to look. I said that's unfair we asked two staff when.we were up there, she said we'll its here now. I advised she was missing the point my time and petrol to dive up yo antrim twice was awful customer service. No apology and no empathy

As always the click and collect service allowed me to quickly pop in and pick up what I ordered, saving me time from having to find each item myself (as well as knowing it would definitely be in stock when I arrived). The staff were also nice, as they always are.

When I collected my items and when I was leaving the store I was challenged by a member on till at the front door that I hadn't paid for items that was embarrassing for me and I think that is the last time I will use the click and collect and accused of stealing

I'm still waiting for my online receipt nor have been given one , the young girl on the till is more interested about going out for a vape than her costumer service & also very dure

Driver was very helpful and took the box out through into my back garden for me. Very polite it was no bother to him at all.
