Jordan is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole kitchen process. Nothing has been too much bother. I can recommend Jordan for any of your kitchen designs/ needs

Store was easy to excess and was clean and tidy. Store offers wide range of products. Some of their prices are quite expensive. Quick check out.

Girl on till so pleasant and got 1 of the fellas to get my stuff and he brought it out and help pit into the van

I used click and collect. I went to the desk and the girl attendant was very helpful. The item was sitting ready for me.

Jordan was a very helpful designer and understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us all our options. He took his time and didn't rush us, despite having a tiny toddler with us. We are extremely satisfied with the service we were provided with.

The to ladies on the checkout were helpful and efficient. The man that brought out my massive box, helped me get it into the car. Click and collect was great. I think I was in and out in less than 15 mins.

I found what I wanted and paid for it Click+Collect and it was ready for me when I went to the store

Jordan has been so helpful in designing my new kitchen and nothing has been too much trouble. Very professional and easy to talk to. Everything sorted out so now just awaiting delivery.

I went in store on the 12th july and purchased 3 rolls of grandeco brick wallpaper pastel £20 a roll, solvite paper paste £3.75 & 750ml of pure brilliant white gloss £18, the next morning i lifted the bag to take the rolls of wallpaper out to start papering my kitchen and to my suprise the gloss had exploded open and it wasn't pure brilliant white it was pure dark green gloss so i packed everything up and took it and the receipt back to the store to be told they could only refund me the money for the gloss so now im £60 down with ruined wallpaper i cant do anything with so anyone purchasing anything from homebase make sure ur getting the right colour of paint that it says in the tin and make sure the lid is secured right

We have had a great experience so far. Jordan B was fantastic, so helpful and friendly and made our whole experience great, nothing was too much trouble, he was brilliant, I can not recommend him enough he really knows his stuff and helped us get a lovely kitchen to suit our style and budget. We are currently waiting on delivery but the sales service side has been fantastic.

I visited Antrim store last night & was delighted when my well behaved dog was allowed to come inside with me. I received excellent customer service from Jackie at the till. She was pleasant, engaging & warm in it transaction. She also spoke to my wee dog & then showed me a lovely photo of her dog. Whilst Jackie may be small in stature, she has a fabulously large personality & is most definitely an asset for your store! Congrats to Homebase for the excellent service & if you could clone more Jackie’s & her attitude, you would be congratulated. Thanks again for a great experience, allowing my dog to accompany me & the warm reception I received. Well done Homebase & Jackie!

Una in Antrim was a great help and checked my delivery order was complete and all was ok

Bought a light pendant from homebase Antrim, spent over an hour trying to fit it but couldn't get it working, electrician tested, light fitting faulty so exchanged for another one, had it wired/working in 15 mins. Same thing happened with outside porch light though I'd to pay an electrician £40 even though light was faulty and he couldn't fit it. Also bought a tile cutter machine, didn't do as it said on t box, did not cut tiles as small as 4cm. I know items are cheap but should still work, waste of my time, petrol returning or exchanging items and money. Emailed homebase and response was, we understand and are sorry but contact us to save you repeated journeys......?????? Maybe test your products before selling them or at least offer a token voucher, very bad customer service
