Import tax is completely out of our control. It is calculated by your local government in France on arrival in your country this is the same with any country shipping to the EU. I feel your 3 star review is incredibly unfair as the reason your unhappy is down to the EU regulations not anything that we can impact in the slightest. We even subsidized your order and gave you €32.24 discount to help offset these costs, which is actually more then the tax and shipping combined but apparently even that wasn't enough. All the best

Delivery time not acceptable

Great products and ordering system. However, I found delivery was very slow. Almost a week after ordering. That’s not on in this day snd age.

Hello Mark we do get 99% of parcels dispatched within 48 hours however we do advise 7-10 business days for delivery. This is due to us being a small family run business and it is to allow us enough time to get a product in stock if we have sold out, it is also to allow us enough to time to make the clothing as this is all done custom and to order. It says 7-10 business on every product description, on the checkout twice and then on the 2 confirmation emails. If you can contact us via email or facebook we will happily organise a discount code for your next order. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and have a great week.
