This is a useless site. It promises a lot but delivers nothing. It's one site with no help or contact info. It's a sheer waste of money, and I can't even ask for a refund.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I wish I read reviews before using Adzi!! It's an absolute waste of time, they take your money and it's service is completely different to what they advertise. It looks wonderful when signing up and then once you've paid, it's very limited, basic and you could do better and quicker AND FREE on chatGpt!

I contacted them to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund, even after pointing out their own "terms and conditions" of why I was entitled to a refund, they have refused, twice! I will now have to go through my bank for a chargeback but I'm guessing this will be difficult as they didn't even send a receipt for payment (I'm guessing they don't send one so you then struggle to do a chargeback!!) absolute SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!

Do they even exist? Bad business ethics.

Would give zero stars if I could. You have to sign up and pay before ever seeing what program does. It touted that it creates ads and posts for you but it does not. 24 hours later I messaged that I want to cancel as I was not happy that they stated something that isn’t true and wanted a refund. They refuse my refund. Save your money

I paid or a 2-week trial basis to use their ai product which produces ads to use for marketing my business. What I got was an ad filled with typos - could not use it and they refused to give me my money back. BEWARE of adzi.ai!

Scam scam scam! I’m getting charged $79.95 for service that I never received and signed up for. No way to contact them.

Useless tool. The service does not deliver what is advertised. Based on the marketing, I expected AI-powered assistance with promoting my product and creating effective advertising campaigns. Instead, the platform only provides generic marketing advice and theoretical tips that are readily available through Google searches or ChatGPT.

There is no meaningful AI assistance, no real product promotion, and no practical value that justifies the subscription. Thank God I choosed just a 2 week option for $19, since they do not provide any refunds.

I hope my review will save your money, so you won't pay anything to those frauds for nothing.

Well the questions were one thing but their so called branding and upscale of your store is fake. I have emailed them to cancel this purchase or subscription but their customer support is non responsive. As for using AI to help promote a product incredibly poor and editing is not available. Not what it says it does. Do not buy!! Save your time and energy.

This is a scam, It popped up on my Instagram. I paid £24 pounds for it, it then took me through a mass series of multiple choice questions - I eventually turned it off as it was never ending - I then couldnt find it again to finish reading what i had paid for. And them today they took £68 pounds out of my account without my permission!! Absolute OUTRAGE

You have no access to your credit card, nor a delete or feedback on their site. They will not give you a refund after using it only for a week. They create images for your ads. But they have no way to edit them, picture are not what you asked, spelling is not right. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE, YOUR MONEY IS GONE. And you never know when they will use your credit card. If you like to study for hours and days, have fun.
Today is when I stopped sending them emails and did trustpilot.
