I've just the Solihull branch. Many many times, and that speaks for it's self. The Staff are all very professional and friendly. Overall great service.

It’s enjoyable to return into HMV stores again to buy PL’s and ask staff for help who are very knowledgeable..

Extremely helpful
Couldn’t find a dvd I wanted in store, so I asked the woman behind the counter happily ordered it online to store for me. Arrived quicker than expected and had no problems picking it up.

Great service and the prices
Great service and the prices are just right.
Always love HMV wish they had a greater selection of past albums and ones you can no longer get hold of.
Keep going HMV we greatly need you there is no one else better.
