Collected package
Collected package. The package was slightly damaged. When I got home opened it and both the vinyl covers were damaged.

Faulty communication
I had an e-mail to say my order had arrived in store but when I went to collect it, it seemed that was incorrect and I had to return at a later date.

I've used HMV Solihull branch many times for the click and collect service.
I've never had any problems. You get an email when your order has arrived, then
Simply show them your order number and your name it's as easy as that.
The staff have always been very helpful with polite. You can always rely on good service

I walked in there to get vinyls for my collection, as I walked in the staff gave me a smile and asked me if I needed help, they was very respectful and they let me take my time with what I was getting, they came to check up on me and double checked if I needed help, they helped me find something that I couldn’t actually find, the shop was very clean and tidy, the line long the staff worked quick,if your looking for vinyls, movies or anything like that I would recommend you going there

Great staff member; really helpful.
Good product - great value for money.
Excellent service- picked and packed the same day as the order, and it turned up 24 hours before you said it would.
What's not to like with that level of service.
Oh, and the recipient loved it.
