I've just the Solihull branch. Many many times, and that speaks for it's self. The Staff are all very professional and friendly. Overall great service.

Ordered a DVD set from HMV and received…
Ordered a DVD set from HMV and received an email to say it had been ordered. I received another email the following day saying it was on its way and I was told the day after it had arrived at the store. Very pleased with the quality of service.

Click and collect. Really easy. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Ended up looking round the store and bought a few extra cd's. Great selection. And great prices

At long last!
The item I collected recently was ordered for a Christmas present. Release date was 9th December but owing to shortage had to be reprinted so I did not get it until 12th February. The good part about my experience was that HMV kept me informed at all stages and once it same into the store they informed me immediately.

Helping and Searching for an OAP looking for cd
As an OAP looking for cd knowing the singer and a specific song but not title staff found it online and ordered the cd for me . Appreciated the help very much.

Above and beyond
5 star customer, nothing was to much trouble to the staff, Joyce, in particular went above and beyond to find the item that I required, and when it was not in stock, she was kind enough to order it for me, I collected it in less than a week later. Thank you Joyce

Excellent Service at HMV
First time visiting new store in Solihull. Impressed by range of vinyls, DVDs and wide range of merchandise. Ideal for Christmas shopping. The DVD I wanted was available in Blueray but I required it in standard. The staff were so helpful, and pre-ordered it from the warehouse, gave me the option of paying to have it posted direct to my home for a small fee, or pick up free when next in Solihull. I chose the latter. I also bought other items. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and work as a supportive team. I received an email when the DVD arrived in store. When I collected the DVD the staff were equally friendly. This store is a lovely addition to Solihull.
