Swift and superb service as always. Phoned up and the gentleman very kindly searched for what I wanted and put them behind the desk for me to collect same day. Got me out of chase around everywhere to get Ozzy T-shirts for funeral procession in Birmingham. All our Ozzy T-shirts were in the wash🙄 Had no time to wash n iron so thank you HMV!

Original visit ordering the cd was exempt customer service served by Greg upon picking up the ordered cd was ignored even though 3 staff were behind the counter one was serving but other two ignored me

Needs Improvement

I ordered on the Monday it didn’t come til the Saturday.
Ive been asking for more than year about access to the next floor as lift broken not fixed.
Not very good acces for disabled users

Order arrived in-store really quickly. Email communication was spot-on. Staff had the order ready when I got there.
