Ordered a CD - arrived within 2 days in good condition, faster than they advertised. Staff was very helpful and super friendly throughout, nothing to complain about.

The album was delivered to the store for collection soon after ordering,pick up went smoothly and I would do it again.

Helpful staff and great customer service
When I go to HMV all the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I need anything I only need to ask.

Very good actually
Very good actually. The product I wanted wasn’t in store, however the sales assistant spent time finding it and arranged for it to be delivered.
The store isn’t massive and so I wouldn’t expect it to stock my niche preferences. But it’s obvious things can be ordered and delivered safely in a few days.
