Oil issue resolved
I recently had an oil problem basically had poured out into the engine bay. I left my car with Hi Q and even though they were short staffed they still did it in a good amount of time.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
One of my only hates is they don't use paper mats so the floor Matt's get cakes with dirt and oil as well as my door card. Maybe a little extra care could be taken but still did a great job on the car thank you.

I went to the Stamford branch and the guy Steve ( I think his name was ) was great. He managed to get me in the next day from calling to book for a full service. He kept me updated by phone on the day and advised what I needed doing to pass my MOT. Will definitely go back in the future.

Excellent service at Redditch Branch
Excellent service all round, regular communication and updates on my booking, immaculate reception and shop, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly staff. Simon could not have been more informative and reassuring with no pressure on the cars health check just for information but very useful. This has now gained HiQ Redditch 2 X brand new customers for all our MOT service and motoring needs could not recommend more highly. My air con recharge was reasonably priced quick to book in and sorted within an hour.

Great service
Great, ordered tyres online, was telephoned to say they had a different make but same price. Tyres fitted in a quick time and good price. Definitely use again.
