Simple online booking, great communication, very polite staff.

For the second time in the space of a few months the work done to our vehicle wasn't checked properly. This resulted in return visits to correct the outstanding issues.
The first time was the hand brake not adjusted correctly and still left slack.
This time was a toe end arm left grinding against the alloy wheel and balancing weight, when I turned to the right.
After expressing my concerns that the work wasn't being quality checked adequately, I was advised by Mandy the manager that these things happen sometimes when the mechanics have a busy day.
I just hope they don't forget to tighten somebodies wheel nuts up one day.
Needless to say after two poor experiences we won't be returning.

Easy to book on line, selected my tyres, the auto bots kept me updated. Dropped my car and an hour later was called to say done.

Great service. Called on Thursday morning as had an issue with my car. They fitted me in later that day and were able to give me a courtesy car. They called me early Friday to update me on my car and I was able to pick it up Friday lunchtime. Great communication and service from start to finish.

Visited the Whiteley branch after my car warning told me to immediately pull over. Had no idea the garage was there but the man was so kind and helpful and helped with the issue there and then to get me back on the road and not need to call breakdown. 100% would use in future now I know such a friendly garage is there.

I popped in to the Whiteley branch on 11/6 with my mum to get her tyres checked. She’d been told by another garage that they all needed changing. We were served by Mark who took the time to inspect the tyres and he advised that they were all fine and still had a few months life left in them. He put air in them and said to come back anytime if we want them checked again or if she has any issues. We were grateful for his honesty and we will both be bringing our cars to this garage again in the future. Thank you!

Couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant when I was recovered to them from the motorway for a blown tyre. Can’t recommend enough.

Friendly and really easy to deal with.
Circumstances meant I’d had to use someone else at short notice to replace a couple of tyres and they had only done half the job, no balancing, so car felt awful afterwards.
Whiteley were able to quickly resolve this on a wait appointment for me when I contacted them.
Always my first choice for tyres and if I could have waited to replace with them instead of going elsewhere I would have done!

Quick friendly service. I selected my tyres online and booked fitting for the next day. Really easy and efficient.

The brake light switch went on my son's Mercedes SLK. I phoned them around 11am, car was taken straight in, fault confirmed and rectified by mid afternoon and handbrake adjusted.
Mark was very friendly and helpful from answering the initial phone call, to updating me through to collection.
He even sourced a better value switch saving my son at least £80!
Brilliant all around, I have used this garage numerous times over the last 7 years, always great.
