Excellent service received yesterday after my car had a puncture. I live out of town and was recommended them by the roadside assistance and what good advice that was. After a short wait they were able to inspect my damaged tyre and fit a new one on the spot, despite having no appointment. Much appreciated!

Really straightforward on-line booking and speedy service. Great customer service. Would have been 5 stars if they had put the temporary spare back where it belongs rather than just leave it in the boot for me to do - no big deal but would have been a 5-star touch if they had done so.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting HiQ Tyres in Whiteley, and I must say it was an utterly disappointing experience from start to finish.
They sold me a pair of Goodyear front tyres which I then requested they get me the exact pair for the rear, I waited a week only for them to fit a much cheaper set of Goodyear tyres completely different from the ones on the front costing half the price then attempted to charge me for the cost of the full premium tyres.
When I complained I was made to feel like i'm a bother for asking them top do the right thing.
I will never be going back here, awful and very dishonest people.

Easy booking process online, great contact for when tyre has arrived and booking in. Lovely staff. Slight hiccup on 2 tyres ordered for the front against what fitted (load rating but otherwise exact same) but not of the store's doing. Staff dealt with professionally and all sorted with a small refund (difference in tyre cost). Note tyre fitted is exactly what the OEM specifies and hence all fine, I had just gone with the tyre previous owner had fitted which was over specified for the load (same brand and varient just load difference). New tyres much better than the old.

good, so easy to arrange and good prices online, unfortunately the booking system is not ideal as you can find there is a big long wait if busy

We were at the local eye hospital when we realised we had a flat tyre. Staff there recommended HiQ and they were right! Tyre was too damaged to repair but pumped up and fitted the spare and refused to take any payment. Superb exceptional service and helpful friendly staff

Took my car in for a slow puncture on Saturday only to find it was a screw. HiQ Staff (Mark) and his team gave me sound and proper advice on my tyre that it could be fixed. I was then told to my surprise that there would be 'no charge' either. I feel that the quality of service, conversation, level of politeness is fully deserving of 5 star. Having been to this tyre place before too, I have no issues with recommending them highly and will be back there again for my next tyres. Thanks HiQ Team.

Took my car in on short notice on a bank holiday weekend, as one of the wheels had a puncture. They instantly repaired it and didn’t charge me a penny. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

They’re also my go-to for all my new tyres as they do such a good job.

Booked online to have my tyre replaced today. Having been to a well-known firm previously and been v frustrated by the length of time it took from the booking to completion, I was really impressed by the service provided by HiQ. Really easy booking system, easy premises to find, friendly reception staff, and a very quick turn around. Highly recommend and will use again

On arriving at HiQ it was spotted that I had ordered normal tyre's and not run-flats that my car required but the problem was quickly resolved by HiQ and would be happy to recommend HiQ to anyone.
