The staff were helpful and friendly and the whole process was straight forward although it took a little longer than I expected. Just used the time to visit the shops in Whiteley!

Having newly moved to the area and looking to find a local garage, these guys have been nothing but exceptional, timings, service, polite…can not find a single fault. Very impressed

My partner was charged £200 to have her car serviced by this abysmal company, the service light came on in her car a week later. Shes taken the car to Halfords today a member of staff called Adam gave the car a once over saying the coolant is low and hasn't been filled up the oil cap is loose and her car is leaking oil and her tyres are abit flat. My partner uses the car on a daily basis for school runs and this company is aware of that. Absolute joke of a company and will never use again. Adam at Halfords what a legend.

Visited Whiteley what a great company so helpful, friendly and efficient from the telephone call with Mark to the visit. They helped me out of a spot when I got let down by another company. They are not pushy and don't try and sell you tyres that aren't required. We will certainly be using them in future for tyres and will look at their servicing & MOT side too. I cannot recommend them enough.

HiQ Tyres & autocare whiteley were nothing but fantastic today. Customer service was brilliant from the front desk to the engineer who found a problem that was really hard to find. Replacement tyres ordered and fitted all in the same day.

Refreshing to visit a place that offered such a great customer Experience.

No fuss, no trouble. Ordered online, dropped off car, paid bill and collected.

Mark and his experienced team at HiQ Tyres and Autocare Whiteley were extremely helpful when I had a problem with my Kia Sorento.
They kept me informed during all the stages in diagnosing what was wrong with my car.
I would recommend them very highly indeed.

Despite the good reviews I can see, I haven't had a good experience at all! There is no transparency with what needs to be done and prices.
I had a problem with my air conditioning system. First time I left my car with them, I was told the rad had a hole and needed replacing. I agreed to get it done and brought my car in for a second appointment.
This time, I receive a call saying that the problem wasn't solved and that I needed to get the high pressure pipe - because they broke it while chaning the rad. Because they broke it they would cover the labour and I would just need to buy the part, but they weren't able to give me a price then and would let me know.
3 to 4 weeks later I had to call them because nothing was coming from them. They gave me a price of nearly £500 for just the part, and refusing to give me an actual written quote and description for what I needed. The part I am guessing I need it's going for max £180 online - how can they charge me £500?

NOT VERY HONEST AT ALL! DON'T RECOMMEND unless you just need to change a tyre!

This is not a company that I had heard of 12 hours ago, however they are now one that I want to wholeheartly support. I found myself halfway to my holiday destination and my car was overheating. With the help of those more knowledge than myself, I knew the probem - I just could not access it to fix it. This company found the time, and gave the expertise to fix the problem which has allowed us to get to where we wanted to be. I am so grateful. They were so kind, and quick. They listened to what our problem was and got us back on the road. This is the kind of company I want to support, and hope to be able to figure out a service or tyre replacement that might make sense so far away from home. This really is the kind of company I wish to support. Thank you so much for your help yesterday, I really do appreciate it!

My car broke down in Solent Hotel in whiteley, phoned this garage after googling and saw they were just up the road. Spoke with Mark who was very reassuring - was unable to get my car started myself so 2 of the mechanics came out to my car and managed to get it going. They took it back to the garage and priced it up very promptly. Managed to sort me a new starting motor the same day, mark was very helpful and friendly during all phone calls and kept me updated. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. Will definitely use again.

Friendly staff and quick service, easy to book ahead.

I popped into HiQ today during my lunch hour on the off chance of getting my tyre looked at as the warning light had come on. They were busy but managed to fit me in and replaced the valve there and then and I was on my way in 20 minutes! I will be recommending HiQ to my colleagues.

Always great service. Have used HiQ a number of times, they always fit me in, do an excellent job and are reasonably priced. Visited recently with what I thought was a tyre replacement issue and which turned out to be a faulty valve. No charge- even though they'd ordered the tyre. Brilliant service.
