He was available at the agreed time and ensured my vehicle was seen to promptly which meant I could attend my meeting on time-Dan and the team saved the day with his/their swift and professional customer service :-)

I bought a cheap old Nissan Juke with interstellar mileage as a run-around/workhorse a few months ago, needless to say the air-con didn't work. It's an extra car that I didn't want to spend much on but I really did want the air-con working.

I took it to HiQ and they ran a free check on it before regassing it (the only local place that would test it first). Much to my surprise the system withstood the test and now I've got lovely, ice-cold air coming out the vents for the bargain price of £70!! Well pleased.

Excellent customer service as always. I've used HiQ Wellingborough since around 2017 and I've never been let down.

They answered the phone promptly when I rang to book my car in for 2 new tyres. I arrived a little early & they started on my car straight away. The staff were friendly. The reception area was clean & tidy, there was seating for customers to wait. My car was left by the door for me when I left. Very happy with Hi Q. I will definitely return.

After enquiring about one job I was told by kwik fit needed doing, hiq told me it was not what needed doing but a different part they pointed out on a MOT.
