Keith and the team at HiQ were able to complete all the work in good time on my EV, keeping me informed along the way, despite a busy day.

Keith and Michael tried to understand my "jokes without instructions" re my faceous request to have my tyres inflated with Nitrous Oxide rather than standard air to increase the fun levels in my quite sensible Volvo

Good service got seen to straight away very helpful

Arrived earlier than planned, as usual great service, new tyre was fitted to the spare wheel ,whilst i popped down the road on other errands for 20 mins, retuned wheel ready and waiting, then paid for as internet price / booking, the manager Keith H as efficient as always, also kept up to date / informed of your order movements leading up to your appointment, have used Hi Q T Wells for a good number of years ,they must be do in some thing right.

It was a simple process of ordering the tyres online, selecting a garage and date. On the day of fitting I was met by a very pleasant man who gave me an approximate time of when the work would be completed which was pretty much spot on.

Rang round and got a few quotes with local garages, HiQ was the cheapest for 2 mid range tyres, saved another £20 by booking online rather than over the phone, booked car in on a Thursday eve and tyres were ready to be fitted the next day.
Garage was professional, happy with service.

Had my car serviced and was told I need 4 x brake pads and disc which would be just under £1000, after paying £550 for a service. Took the car to two different garages for second options and was told that its just the pads not discs. Very disappointed and wont be using them again as I have no trust.
