I was unable to make my original booking but they fitted me in the next day and did a great job

Easy to order my tyre and fitted next day . Very efficient service and welcoming staff.

Due to business travel I was away from home when I picked up a screw in my car's rear tyre. It was after 4.30 and after a frantic 20 mins or so phoning around various garages in the area it was a real bonus getting Brett on a call from HiQ. He directed me to the garage and checked my tyre. The tyre was beyond repair so he organised an order and a time slot for the next morning before I left the garage at 6pm. The next day I was called by HiQ at the time that they said they would and upon arrival Nathan and Brett worked efficiently to get me on my way as quickly as possible. While waiting for the car Josh checked to ensure I had everything I needed before I went on my way. The HiQ experience from start to finish was friendly, efficient and a real professional service. Five stars for the team at Telford.

Great service - x2 New tyres very competitively priced and an MoT on our 6 year old VW. Very nice reception/ viewing area and a smiling welcome from Bret. Clean and tidy workshop that operates extremely efficiently. All staff very pleasant and I was on my way in just over an hour! Many thanks to the team at HiQ Telford.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Brett who works in the TELFORD branch. He helped me today when my warning light came on for low oil. It was the end of the day and could of said no. Excellent customer service, courteous and helpful. Thank you again.

Everything was well communicated, and delivered within the timeframe agreed.

My car was left with 7 out the 16 wheel nuts not tightened and the locking wheel key broken. My husband viewed the cctv and saw the nuts not being tightened, the area manager then went in today and viewed the footage and has come back with yes they were all tightened. They are all covering their own back while my car was left in an unsafe and unroadworthy condition. Reported to trading standards!

Fast , good purchasing and fitting

I took my van in for Tracking which was carried out quickly and at a reasonable price.

In undertaking the work, they broke my cover tray under the van and did not tell me, instead pushing it up in the vain hope it would be OK. I get home and the tray is dragging on the ground.

I had to take it off and return at my expense, of course, and they used cable clips to hold it up. Now this may be OK for a temporary fix but there was no offer to replace it.

A day later, I noticed that they had broken a clip on my wheel cover so I had to use cable clips to stop it coming off. Again they said nothing

I know that accidents and problems occur in these environments but I think it is shameful working practice to avoid telling the customer in the hope that it will all go away.

Why would I ever use this Company again and why would I ever recommend them to family and friends.

Avoid at all costs. The staff had no idea what the issue with my car was, so just kept adding further jobs, after I left my car with them they rang to say I had a bulge in my brand new tyre, I agreed to change it based on the fact they said it was unroadyworthy. But specified it had to be replaced with the same tyre as they removed and I wanted pictures. No pictures arrived and the tyre they put on was inferior to what they took off. As for the the original issue I took it in with, it still has the issue and I have £350 worth of unnecessary work. I had a bad feeling when they weren't busy. I do not recommend this garage

I had 2 rear tyres fitted within a day of ordering them. The fitting was done with cate and appropriate checks were made. I was told if there was a problem with the tyres to let them know.
So far very pleased.

Had 2 front tyres & wiper blades fitted, excellent service provided from start to finish, also found them cheaper than anywhere else !
