Had a nail in my tyre. Despite being outside the area recommended they fixed it for me which I was very grateful for as they are large 4x4 tyres.

Thank you to Macaulay for his sound advice on the inner rim of one of my tyres - he took the time to explain why the front & back tyres could not be swopped around in the interim and also recommended two local garages that would be able to complete the repair as they were not able to. Have been able to book with one of the local garages to get this repaired.

Having taken the car down yesterday because of a slow puncture, Macca booked us to return later that day. Upon arriving for our appointment, it didn't take long to establish that the problem was a nail in the tyre. As the car does less than 2,000 miles a year he then ordered us an appropriate tyre, which would be arriving today. We turned up at the agreed time and the tyre was fitted by himself, with assistance from his colleague Alex. We paid the quoted price and left very happy. A friendly team who helped us out. Found that our Subaru had a slow puncture and visited the HiQ Centre in Stamford after having phoned them first. Their polite and efficient demeanour meant that we were seen to very quickly and the problem was rectified with the minimal of fuss. Both Macca and Alex were very helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend this HiQ Centre with no hesitation whatsoever.

Great bunch of guys at Stamford HiQ. Kept me informed of the order for my tyre but managed to fix the puncture rather than replace. Friendly throughout. And I’m sorry about the tyre fixing fluid going everywhere.

Had a great experience, tyre was changed same day and very quickly. I was given a decent price too. Lads are very friendly and I was well looked after. Will be back in the new year to change my break pads!

Richard and his team are always very helpful and friendly! I’ve visited a few times now and they always go above a beyond! It’s so hard to find a good garage but now won’t go anywhere else!

Excellent service today. Polite and courteous telephone conversation earlier on in the day with Richard at HiQ Tyres and Autocare Stamford. Richard was helpful and informative. Richard then provided excellent customer service skills communicating and explaining the problem and how they planned to resolve it when I took my car in later in the day. Technician Joe fixed the problem efficiently. Impressive customer service both on this occasion and the previous occasion that I had the need to use HiQ Stamford. Much appreciated.

Having a screw sticking into a rear tyre, I made an appointment to have the puncture repaired. On arrival I was seen straight away. As soon as there was space my car was fixed. Both gentlemen there were cheerful, polite and efficient. The cost of the repair was less than I had anticipated.
I have used HiQ for many years and am happy to trust them with the maintenance of my tyres.

Very positive experience. Richard was very helpful right from the start of my journey to have my brakes and tyres checked, I felt very confident to go ahead and have the work done by them. The mechanic Joe was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Booked online and even though the tyres I wanted weren’t in stock Richard called within 5 minutes and found some replacements, joe even managed to squeeze in a last minute alignment before closing for the evening ! Little coffee machine wouldn’t go amiss..thanks!

Richard and his team at Stamford were brilliant from start to finish. They sorted out my MOT and the subsequent repair needed. They did this all on a short time scale as I was in need of the car asap. Richard even agreed to help me out of hours on a Saturday in order to get the car back to me. Thanks very much guys!
