First time use, came in to get a puncture repair after being told from another garage it can’t be repaired. Repaired for £28 straight away, amazing garage.

Excellent service, very nice men .from phone call to new exhaust fitted in less than 2 hours , you can't fault service like that.I fully recommend them

Had a puncture was towed to the Stamford site. They turned around a tyre replacement earlier than promised for a good price. Nice attitude what's not to like.

I needed a last minute tyre change due to a long journey the following morning and these angels saved me!! Ordered tyre and booked me in for the same afternoon. Highly recommend such nice people and swift service.

Our car broke down and the AA guy took us to HIQ tyres the guy was very polite and helped us out as much as he could to get our car fixed great garage will recommend going there.

The new manager is super unprofessional I booked in for a tracking 3 times arrived and then he would say no I can't do it too busy I won't be using them again as wasted numerous hours.

The team here are brilliant, professional and courteous. Got me out of a sticky situation in good time. I live about 300miles from this centre but if I lived nearer I would definitely come here.

Noticed a nail in my rear tyre on way to work on saturday 18/05/24. Rang Hi-Q stamford at 8.30, was told to pop down at 10.30. Tyre was succesfully puncture repaired and i was back on the road in approx 20mins…. Top service allround, friendly, helpful stafff.

Went on the off chance they could fit me in with a new tyre change, which they did and when I mentioned I had an advisory on brake discs they said they could do that as well straight away. So while they did the work I shot off to Lidl around the corner and in 45 mins all was done. Macauley was the manager and he set the work in motion with one of his team doing the tyre, the other did the brake discs. All in all a satisfactory transaction. Music was interesting too, good dose of heavy metal to start the day off.

The Team in the Stamford Workshop sorted me out, no notice, within 1 hr, when others were quoting a 10 day wait. This was the Friday 22 December before a 700 mile round trip to visit family & they saved Christmas!

Bought 2 new Goodyear tyres 27/10/2023 today 26/01/2024 just as the wife was about to drive onto the main road, the drivers side tyre exploded causing a 3 inch rip in the side wall, this could well of happened 10 mins later when she would have been on the A1.
Went to HiQ where I bought the tyres, managed to crawl in as it was only a short distance of a few hundred yards, they said will get a new tyre fitted, Went back to pick up the car, only to told, that's £200 please, as far as I'm concerned, there was a manufacturers fault with the tyre & should not have to pay for a new one, I have always used the same company for my tyres, now, as far as I'm concerned, no more , I just feel as if I've been ripped off.
UPDATE the manager contacted us to say he was not happy with the service we received as he was away at the time, everything has now been sorted & a full refund given, if the person who had dealt with us & done it right, this review would not have appeared at all & I'd like to say say thank you to the Management for sorting it all out

Impressive service on tracking down tyres for my 27 year old Fiesta. As a disabled driver my car is a lifeline and the service given by Alex and Jason was brilliant. Many Thanks.
