Simply brilliant. Honestly, trustworthy, well priced and genuine guys. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Easy to arrange a time for the work to be done. Yan was open & honest about the issue with my Ford Kuga clutch which he sorted for a very reasonable price. I collected my car the same day & it is running perfectly now.

The guys are very friendly & professional. I will definitely continue using & recommending this garage.

Absolutely amazing service I had problems with my battery and from just a phone call they came round got the car sorted. And fitted a new start stop battery great price and super fast service. I was going to get a battery and fit it myself but thank god they came out as the battery need to be programmed in. I can’t thank them enough for the help they gave me

Complete rip off, trying to charge £1437 for a replacement wing mirror plus installation totaling upto £1700 on a vw Touareg. Contacted VW who quoted £546.40. Wow that is one hell of a mark up! careful who you use people as this is a great display of ripping people off!

My car broke down whilst on holiday and I spoke to Ian at hiq Skipton and he diagnosed the fault over the phone. Unfortunately on fixing it, the problem remained so they had another look and found a part they had fitted was faulty. I've no problem with this and the car was fixed after getting a working part. Top marks to the guys. They'll always be my first recommendation for car services in Skipton and I value their work.

Fantastic customer service as ever!

What a rip off joint, charged me £80 for a five minute diagnostic check on my car. Insisted I needed a new battery at a cost of £168 or better still £186 before they could carry out the glow plug problem on my car. I now know that there is nothing wrong with my existing battery which is only 12 months old, and I didn't need a new battery at all.
I'm an 81 year old vulnerable man, and have subsequently discovered that diagnostic checks vary from £20 to £40 max.

Ian at HiQ Skipton was absolutely amazing on Friday morning I rang up with an oil leak on the car, really needing it sorting so we could still go on holiday Monday morning he was booked solid until back end of next week. 😕 A couple of minutes later he rung me back after having a cancellation and told us to get the car round so he could have a look by lunch time it was all sorted out nothing was too much trouble and the extra attention to detail was no bother for him, he completely saved our holiday. Fantastic bloke and fantastic garage. Thanks again Ian.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff of HIQ Skipton. This made a nice change as most garages I usually feel uncomfortable to even enter the premises.
I gave a brief description of my handbrake issues. I spoke to the manager, and he was very friendly and reassuring.
I come back to my hand break fully complete, and I could not be happier with the service. I must say for a garage I have never seen it so tidy and organized. This is rare and good to see that they clearly take pride in their work. I would highly recommend it to anyone as the service was spot on, quick, and done to the best standard I could ask for.
The manager even sorted out a little issue free of charge that a previous garage (Kwik fit) managed to damage. I can honestly say I will go back and keep this as my number one garage in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service by this garage on two separate occasions now, had a blown tyre and needed car for a long journey and was fit in at the last minute and had the tyre replaced, great service, great price! Again when I needed them for a journey to Scotland they were able to fit me in to replace a seized calliper.. also at a great price and within a day. Could not recommend this garage more, friendly and will not do any work unless it needs doing. Thanks guys.

Roger and Ian were great- fast, professional and affordable. My car had been squealing for a while and I thought I'd need a new fan belt. They confirmed it and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes of arrival. I intended on leaving my car there for the next working day and it was sorted in a timely fashion with a courtesy call to let me know it was all taken care of. They even open half an hour on either side of normal working hours so it's convenient to stop by before and after work. My car is running great now, no squealing! Thanks very much guys. I'll be back!
