Excellent service! Needed a rear tyre doing, they did it the same day and the tyre wasn’t in stock which needed to be ordered in.

Ian at Skipton HiQ was brilliant very helpful & I can't praise enough.. I was worried because I had a broken wheel locking key. Ian persevered until they were done. They also fixed my slow puncture.. FANTASTIC SERVICE. I would definitely recommend & will certainly use this company again. Thank you guys. 👍

Superb service right from the first enquiry call to collecting the car. We needed a tyre not usually stocked so Lee got the tyre in the same afternoon. The staff have a really nice / friendly approach to customer service so would highly recommend Hiq in Skipton.

No fuss, completely trustworthy and explained exactly what needed doing in layman's terms.Friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend.

I took my AMG 63s to this business last week for an MOT and the owner was fantastic and very helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble and the car was extensively checked over and above MOT standards for my own re-assurance.
Photos were provided with any slight imperfections on the car and the invoice was very sensible too.
I will be back again soon.

My battery had died whilst my car was on the driveway. The staff from Skipton went out of their way to attend my house and sort out a new battery.

I have taken my car here for services and MOTs for a couple of years now. Ian and the team provide great service. They dont over charge and are honest about what needs doing. I will happily take my car here in the future knowing that it is in safe hands.

Leigh was absolutely brilliant to work with from start to finish. Was very honest about the work that needed doing to my Kia. Contacted me when he said he would, told me when he would be able to book the car in, how long it would take. Nothing changed, everything was as he said it would be. He went above and beyond what I expected from him. I will be returning to have my mot done in November. I would definitely recommend this garage. Debbie

Had my Mercedes repaired, the service from Yan, Leigh and Chris was brilliant, they explained everything that needed doing rear springs, trailing arms and corroded brake pipe.

Honestly I cannot fault anything about my recent experience with this garage. I was kept in the loop by Ian with everything happening and honestly felt so assured with everything happening with my car. They even went out of their way to get the best deal possible for me. I won’t be going anywhere else now :)

I've just taken my 38 year old Jaguar into HiQ Skipton for an MOT after sitting unused in my garage for over two years. It failed on indicators, horn, screen washers & handbrake. Most garages wouldn't even attempt the work, but not Ian and Leigh at HiQ. They traced and fixed every fault, explained what had been done and all at a very reasonable price. At a time when most garages are only interested in fitting new parts to fix a problem it's a delight to find somewhere where they pride themselves in finding and fixing the actual cause of the problem.
Highly recommended.
