I've been using this garage for 25 years after a recommendation from a friend, and I keep coming back. Stuart and his staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. They don't overcharge, they don't do unnecessary work and they charge a decent price. I've never had any problems with any work they've done. They're honest and transparent about what needs to be done and the cost. Oh yes, they're also bloody good at fixing cars and tyres and MOTs. Thanks guys! *****

Went to HiQ Shrewsbury with a blow out after hitting a pot hole. The guys sorted me out same day, and even topped my oil up for free.

MoT and service at the Shrewsbury branch today. Appointment at 11am. Very busy. Explained what I wanted. Staff pleasant and professional. Expected it to take some time. I phoned up at 4pm to hear that the MoT was done and that the service would be done by 5 30pm. Good price. I've been using HiQ for several years now. No complaints or issues.

I am a repeat customer with these guys, they are quick, professional and friendly.
All the work is undertaken to a high standard and more importantly they are straight with you, no extra charges, no messing around.

As always the team were amazing especially the manager, who always goes out of his way to help. And I have had a few problems with my car over the years. Nothing is ever an issue and he is always open and honest about what is going on with my car. I’ve been to other places that don’t always tell you what’s going on. But here they let me know what issues there are and give me a timescale of when I need it done. Very efficient team 😀😀😀😀😀

Straight forward procedure for booking in. Pleasant staff, nothing any trouble, always willing to listen and offer advice if asked. Should issues arise from M.O.T./ servicing etc, then telephone calls are made to inform of work needed / cost / issues that may need fixing longer term. A well run establishment with trustworthy personnel.

I called in to the Shrewsbury branch while I was in the area, hoping to book my car in for an air conditioning re gas, although I expected to have to call in again a few days later. However, they agreed to do the work on the spot and given that the weather was so hot, this was very welcome. They let me wait, carried out the work there and then, with absolutely no fuss and I left a very happy and 'cool' customer! The service was second to none. Thank you.
