This is the second time I’ve used this garage. Jess and the team have gone over and above to make sure my daughter’s car is fixed. Jess explained everything to me in terms I understand. I can’t thank you enough.

Lovely people, excellent service, competitive prices. Been to other places in Sheffield for tyres but Hi Q are by far and away the best. Give you a price, tell you when it's going to be done and stick to it.

First time I have used them and I have been gladly surprised by the professionalism and the quality of the job done. All repairs have been completed in the time frame given and for a more then satisfactory price.

Honourable mention to the sweet and competent receptionist (sadly don’t remember her name). Her customer service skills, kindness and knowledge made the all process smooth.

A bit of a long story! I took my car to Halfords when my engine management light came on. After diagnostic, my car needed a new injector, they told me finding the part would be hard, their communication was terrible and I was left without a car for a week trying to work with them and organise the work for my car. When they eventually got round to it they told me was injector was seized and it's a major problem they can't fix and I'd need to get it elsewhere. I was completely devastated. As a busy mum of two being without my car made my life hell. I frantically started ringing mechanics, garages, anywhere trying to find someone to do the work. Many places said it wasn't something they'd do, others wanting to do another diagnostic and jacking the price up. I was absolutely devastated facing upwards of £1000 and panicking.

Then I found Hi-Q, I rang and explained my situation, spoke to George, told him where I'd been and what had been said. He was friendly and made me feel so much calmer about everything. He told me while he didn't want to promise anything but, he was pretty sure the injector wasn't seized and maybe I'd been told the wrong thing. He explained everything to me very carefully in words I understood and allowed me to cautiously have hope that I'd get my car back working.
I dropped the car with him to have a look at on Monday afternoon and he said he'd get a look at it on Tuesday. He rang on Tuesday to say that he was right, the injector wasn't seized, came out easy and he just needed to get a new injector and pop it in and away I'd go! He rang around multiple suppliers to get the right one, did the work fast and efficiently, for a great price and ended my car nightmare! I wasted over a week waiting for Halfords to get themselves organised just for them to say they couldn't do it and Hi-Q managed it in less than 2 days!

Save yourself bother and go to Hi-Q, professional but friendly, no nonsense and get the job done well, quickly and for a great price! Thank you so much!

Driving home from work my tyre went pop. I managed to get off the Dronfield Bypass (Sheffield) and down Chesterfield Road. I pulled into FormulaOne and they closed in 20 mins so wouldn't help me. I drove down the road a bit further and pulled into HiQ, however it had closed. Lucky a guy came out and said he fill my tyre with air to help me get home (I was really thankful for this). However, when he was filling it, he said he'd repair it.

They'd been closed for 20 minutes, but the guy knew I wouldn't make it home. He took his own time to make my rubbish day better and I'm really grateful. Customer service is key to keeping your customers and the guy was a god send. I'll forever recommend this garage because of this. Thank you!

A very much 'can do' attitude. When all others in my local area had failed to provide a prompt tyre change service, HiQ were able to provide exactly what I wanted in my required time frame.
Jess on reception was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in advising me on tyre choice and arranging an appointment the following day.
I had barely sat down when the job was completed by technician George.
Brilliant Service who will receive my custom again.

Had problems with my car's steering. Took it to 2 other garages and they couldn't diagnose the cause. Said it could be the tracking. It wasn't. Rang a third who said it might need 4 wheel laser alignment but he couldn't do this. George at HiQ did 4 wheel laser tracking but this didn't fix it either. He said he'd have a look and see if he could find the cause. He could. Expained in simple terms what it was and how much it would cost. Absolutely delighted to finally get it fixed. I will be using this garage in future now and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Saturday morning puncture. Nightmare. These guys were great even though v busy. Couldn't have been more helpful or curteous. Within an hour I was on my way back to collect. Fair price too. Will certainly use again and recommend. Many thanks. Matthew

Came in late yesterday evening with problem that needed sorting urgently. The part needed was ordered and fitted first thing the next morning. Thanks very much to Jess on reception and George for resolving my issue :)
