My partner brought my corsa up this morning, this was the 3rd garage he had taken my car to. ( For a faulty break light ) Getting mixed messages from other garages if the light was LED or a bulb. The gentleman that worked there (not sure his name) took his time out of his other jobs & actually took the break light out to have a look for us. It was actually a bulb and not LED, replaced the bulb for us at a total of 6 pounds. Now he actually could of ripped us of as we are both clueless when it comes to cars. & We was told previously the car was all LED lights & we needed to replace the unit which for this alone was around 200 pounds without the labor on top. This was our first visit & won't be the last , the customer service & knowledge is exceptional. Thank you very much for your assistance this morning. We both will definitely recommend this garage to family & friends. Not just for the cost but for the great customer service/knowledge which is definitely few and far between these days!

Always welcoming. Been with them for a number of years now. Great customer focus. The staff knowledge of car mechanics is most comprehensive. They show a real enthusiasm and expertise for diagnosing and correcting any fault no matter how small or large. I have four vehicles they maintain for me. Five star response every time.

At HiQ in Nuneaton you get no nonsense good service. Not just tyres but good service and advice on all things mechanical. I have been to main deals who try and baffle with tech talk and then charge £600 for something that doesn’t need doing. Malc, Tim and the team at HiQ are honest

I hadn’t used HiQ Nuneaton for afew years, but now that I’m back in the area, I decided to return and I’m really glad I did. It’s great to see that nothing has changed. The whole team is as helpful and friendly as ever, always taking the time to explain your options clearly.

I’ve never been made to feel silly for asking questions or wanting more information. They’re patient, approachable, and genuinely focused on making sure you understand what’s needed. It’s reassuring to know you can rely on such consistent, high-quality service.

I travelled 35 miles to have my car serviced by this garage on the recommendation of a family member - it was definitely worth it. The guys there are really friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to be treated with good old fashioned courtesy. I can't recommend them highly enough

What really stood out was the manager, Malk. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he went above and beyond by giving my car a full once-over with a free vehicle check. Went in thinking I had a hole in my exhaust, ended up being my wheel bearings. Booked me in the next day to get sorted, all done in 4 hours.
