Excellent value for replacement tyre with fitting, with a comfy place to sit while I waited (there’s even a phone charger waiting just in case).

Excellent service. Motorway puncture, pulled off and drove to the first place I found. Glynn was very helpful and squeezed me into a busy day to find and then repair the puncture in less than an hour. Day saved!

Excellent job done by Katie the tyre fitter and by Glynn the manager who said that only the front wheels needed tracking adjustment which saved me money.
Potholes had caused the tracking error and tyre wear.

Last December my husband of 58yrs passed away and this made it particularly hard for me to cope with car problems as I’d never had to deal with them.
Glynn at HiQ Cinderhill has helped me so much and made things easier for me.
We have used this garage for years and always felt they are professional and really helpful but never more than recently. I would definitely recommend them.

Fabulous quick service from the team. Fitted us in immediately following a flat tyre on the motorway. We were back on the road in under an hour. Friendly response to our call and excellent advice which made us feel we were in safe hands. Many thanks to all involved.

The warning sign for a rear brakelight and indicator came on as I was on my way to pick up my Mum to see my Stepfather who was seriously ill in hospital. Glynn sorted the problem out really quickly and then, when he realised why I was in Nottingham, told me he was not going to charge me for the work. My stepfather died that same day. Glynn kindness to a complete stranger meant a lot in the circumstances. I've come to expect being ripped off by garages like this and that small interaction has restored my faith in humanity.

I managed to get an appointment on the same day I enquired.
Problem- suspected wheel alignment diagnosed and fixed.

Great service from Glynn! I had a tyre blowout about 200 metres from here and he was brilliant. Friendly, efficient and a good price too. Very impressed! John also worked on the car so good effort from him too

Had called into the hi Q garage on Nuthall road nottingham,as the rear tyre was going down Glynn was very friend and helpful,they had to order two tyres and was told they would be delivered in the afternoon,so drop the car of later and they phoned when the car was ready thanks very much would recommend to friends and family to use.thanks very much.

The booking of my service was perfect with availability on my required date. On the day..I was told when to expect to get my car back and what work would be carried out and I had a full explanation of what works was done when I collected my car. Glyn was excellent in his Customer Service and care to me as a customer. Thank you.

Excellent service, especially from the manager Glynn. As a woman with little expertise in car mechanics I sometimes worry that I am being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs - not so with HiQ Nottingham. The issue was explained to me clearly and I was given excellent advice to help me with the main Mazda dealer. This is the 1st time I have used HiQ and I will definitely use them again.
