The guys here gave me dealship quality they looked after me like I had brought a brand new car. MOT straight in the door. Gave me a brake down and a real honest price. Highly recommend.

The team at Nottingham were absolutely fantastic especially Ian & Martin, Ian noticed my wipers were fitted the wrong way and kindly put right for me, he’s got a keen eye and clearly knows what he’s doing, such professionals and perfectionists really are an asset to the team!

My tyre kept losing pressure so I called in on the off chance and was seen straight away. Problem found and sorted within 15 minutes at a very good price. Great bunch of guys offering a first rate service. Highly recommend them.

As a new driver with zero car knowledge, I was so relieved to be greeted by such warm, friendly, and patient service.

The staff are lovely, and incredibly helpful. They were kind and did everything to make me feel at ease.

I had recently gotten a new car on finance and I travel for work. While 100 miles away from home, the car decided to show its true colours and almost die.
After begging around for help from local garages, these guys said 'bring it down and we'll have a look, no worries.'
Within 30 mins of first speaking to them, and that's including a half mile walk to retrieve the car, they had me back on the road.
Massive thanks to Ian, Martin, Steph and John, you guys saved me a ton of heartache and got me home the same day it all went wrong.

My previous garage can no longer service my car due to change to a smaller lift. I called HiQ in Nuthall Road and spoke to Tom who accommodated me with no problems at all. They did a free health check on my car and luckily found some issue which they fixed on the same day. As a bonus they troubleshoot and resolved the annoying squeaking coming from the rear shock absorber, an issue which other garages kept telling me it's due to the age of the car and there is nothing they can do.

A great relaxed atmosphere the place was clean and welcoming. Tom at the front desk was very professional and Steve who looked after my car was knowledgeable and efficient. Would happily return again.

Went to the Nottingham branch and the man on the reception (I think his name was Matt) was really helpful. It was the easier mechanics I’ve ever been to and he told me my problem quick. Also told me how much it should roughly cost me

I booked my car in for a free health check, it’s my first time using HiQ Nottingham and I will definitely be returning back to them. I was abit nervous about going in at first but Matt was very welcoming and polite and made me feel very comfortable. After the health check Grant came over and showed me everything that was needed on my car and explained everything in detail so I understood perfectly. After pricing up the work I’ll need in the near future, Matt offered me a call back request which I thought was a brilliant idea. I will 100 percent be using this garage again.

I booked a service for 3rd of May which was unable to go ahead due to the systems being down, these things happen but it’s how the service is after, I cannot begin to say how amazing Matt, Grant and the team at Nottingham have been putting things right, they accommodated me rebooking around my schedule at work collected my car and me to get my car once done and really looked after me, the Nottingham team are a shining example of the true embodiment of customer care and are an asset to your business, it was so refreshing to see such a passion for customer service in this day and age and will be a return customer for years to come as I have been for many years already! Please ensure to pass on my thanks to the team especially Matt and Grant you are absolute superstars 🤩 Ben - Tiguan man!

I’ve been using Hi-Q for all my vw caddy maintenance upon recommendation from my girlfriend!
The services are always reliable, quick and dealt with professionally with attention to detail! All the staff are kind and approachable and I cannot recommend them enough!! 10/10 would Hi-Q again!!

I went in with a flat tyre. They repaired it straight away for me.
The staff were so helpful and happy.
Their help was truly appreciated.
It is the first time I have used them. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Avoid this place and don't even think twice about it. Where do I start with the lack of customer service at this place!!!!!

I had 2 brand new tyres and have used them for several years. They are fine until anything goes wrong and then they don't give a crap and just spout rubbish at ypu until you go away.

Tyre blew out on me on the M1 and had not even done 50 miles in less than 2 days of having it. They wanted me to pay for a new tyre upfront which I could not afford while they send it off for testing to then get a refund. So basically I am out of pocket with a car I can't use fully and they won't do anything about it and don't give a crap either even though they sold me a faulty tyre.

Due to the miles I do I don't want to risk using my spare meaning I can't use my car for work which I need.

To even talk to them about this was a hassle as I tried multiple times Saturday, never answered the phone. Again Monday morning and after about 8 attempts they finally answered.

Matt who answered does not know how to speak to a customer to save his life. For an assistant manager, he happily will shout down the phone at you when you tell him what allowed of crap he is dishing out like a mindless robot, basically, don't care and not willing to help at all unless u pay us more money(doesn't know there own procedures mind as he had to ask what they are several times before relaying this).

He will tell you though he wasn't shouting while continuing to do so.

When I asked to speak to his manager,(his area manager was in) I was told he was busy doing a stick take and that was more important than the customer on the phone. Honestly I do stock takes all the time, never once had a problem stopping to chat to any customer while in the middle of one.

Continued to get shouted at on and off throughout the whole conversation. At the beginning when I confronted this, he openly said "I will shout at you if you don't listen". But later denied ever saying this at all, or implying(Matt the assistant manager this is).

Now I did get a call back from the area manager, he was just as useless, or should say u willing to help and didn't care in anyway as we had already got my money.

He stated that he did not have any power to oblige replacing my tyre without payment while they investigated a blatant issue with a 2 day old tyre.

Honestly full of crooks this place, go somewhere else as these people don't even deserve your charity let alone hard earned money.

In the end they will show there true colours when you really need there support and screw you over!

Never be using this place again!!!!!!

A little longer wait than I’ve had to wait for a tyre change before but it was a pleasant enough service and good availability and price for the tyre required.

Excellent service , always do their best to help you out and nice waiting area with tv and sofa.
