Great service. We were in Newquay on holiday and was worried as we didn't know which garage we could trust. We chose this one from reviews and so glad we did. Great service, got us in and sorted the same day and price was what we would've paid back home. Cannot recommend them enough, Justin was great with communication. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if need be.

Got my car fixed in good time and I needed it for work, they did a good job I’m back on the road and I’m driving regularly without any issues and I’ll be taking back more cars to these guys I recommended to my family and look forward to doing business with them again

Spoke to Steve throughout the process, He called me throughout the day with updates and the work they were doing, offered solution to any holdups. Came in for front pads swap, had them ordered in and turned out they weren’t necessary, most would have thrown them in and put them in the invoice. overall top team. 10/10

Steve is a great manager of the branch and always makes sure jobs are done efficiently and to the highest standards at the best prices.
Lewis has done a lot of work on my car recently and I couldn't fault it, always get the work done in the time frame needed and always to the highest standard.
The garage never seems to over charge me or find "hidden things" that could be wrong it's just pure honest work done by all the mechanics here.

I have used HiQ at Newquay a few times now; tyres and regas. They have been competitively priced, and helpful, Someone on the phone who know what they taking about and books in you. I recommend.

New tyres were replaced in a timely manner and I was notified as soon as they were done.

Steve is a great manager, great customer service skills, all the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, they are a great bunch , I highly recommend using the Newquay branch

13/2 I Booked on line for my MOT and service that although not due till March wanted to get it in and sorted.
Today….. 21st Feb I finally heard back…. They have too much demand and so can’t help….!!!
Great!!!Really helpful HiQ…. I am now less than a month to find another garage to help…and zero change of getting anywhere! So frustrating.
Have always gone there for my tyres and general maintenance… no more after this nor will I recommended.

Cant thank the crew enough, fitted us in on the same day, quick and friendly without breaking the bank.
