Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. They made you feel as if your custom mattered to them. I had 2 new front tyres fitted and the tracking tested and realigned. Done quickly and professionally and what's more with a smile. Will definitely recommend them.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful even offering to reset the the car's electronic tyre monitoring as I had no idea what to do. They were honest and truthful; a rarity these days. I ordered the tyres for next day fitting but they informed me they were in stock and could have the job done the same day if I wished. I will use them in future and will also recommend.

Shopped around online and Medway Tyres were competitively priced. Booked my slot online, email acknowledgment along with confirmation the tyres were in stock. Took about 30 minutes to fit. All in all they did exactly what they said they would, can’t fault the process.

I usually really rate medway tyres as my go-to place when i'm in need but this visit was a mixed bag.
The actual service i received was great as usual - had some tyres fitted and as I also had a big dent in my wheel from hitting a pot hole they bashed it back into shape for me. That's the sort of thing I love about the place.

Issue was mostly around the customer service over the phone prior to the visit - i did note that it was not the usual guy on the phone so maybe someone new? I'd actually booked my tyres online - not usually needed but due to work it was the only way i could make sure i'd managed to schedule it in. I called during the day to ask if there were any quieter times of day to try to avoid there being a big queue, just to be told to arrive by 5pm. I arrived at 4:30, had a little wait and tyres were then done by 5pm. I had also booked for the tracking to be done, but the person on the phone/on the desk hadn't spotted this and so they then told me they didn't have time to do the tracking that day. The guy at the desk did advise that i could just walk in and get it done at a later date which i already knew and so explained that i'd specifically booked it because of my working hours.

I’ll definitely use them again. Very quick & no nonsense & got to work as soon as I arrived. Great job
