Had my MOT and service done at HiQ Maidenhead and honestly couldn’t be happier. The team were friendly, professional and kept me updated the whole time. Everything was explained clearly and the car feels great after the service.

Great customer service from the team at a good price

I booked my car in for a full service and MOT. The staff responded really quickly to my enquiry and got me in when I wanted.
When I got to the garage I told them about some difficulties I’d been having with the engine. The team have been fantastic at diagnosing the problem and giving me support and guidance, while also seeking out the best possible price for the work.
I am really pleased with Steve and the team and I would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of whether it’s an MOT and service or bigger work that is needed to be done.

I went in for a quick check of my aircon, the team regassed it quickly and efficiently and sorted out my issue fantastically - especially considering id only dropped in to see if they could fit me in that day

Took my BMW estate to Barnside Motors for an assessment and some repairs. Steve and his team were great from the start—friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure.

He immediately arranged for a loan vehicle so I wasn’t off the road for too long. I was kept updated throughout and given an honest assessment of the issues and several options for the way forward, which I definitely appreciated. Steve took the time to give me advice, and got the job done quickly. Steve even followed up afterwards to make sure all was good.

When you’re trying to get your car fixed and not it be a horribly expensive experience, trust is everything. Genuinely one of the best garage experiences I’ve had. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Drove down to Maidenhead from Cambridgeshire for a golf tournament at the local golf club and got a nail in my tyre which was rapidly deflating.
Called into HiQ on the off chance they could help as I was stuck and they fitted me straight in and had the tyre repaired in under an hour.
1st class service and i can’t recommended them enough.

This is a family run business, with properly trained mechanics - about as reliable as you can get. Steve is passionate about cars and it seems like there is nothing they can't do. His team look after my Mini - services and repairs are done super quick at a very reasonable price. Just what I need!

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure to understand exactly my problem was and then set about sorting it out properly. I would definitely be making use of this facility again.
