This is my first visit to HiQ Lancaster and I have to say that I can't recommend them enough. From start to finish it was a quality experience and I had complete confidence in leaving my car with them to sort a prop shaft problem. The initial phone call to book the car in was friendly, professional and they were very accommodating to all the dropping off arrangements. I found them to be really transparent in all their dealings with me and gave me clear expectations of the job and possible logistical issues that may arise given the potential complexity of the job. They worked hard to finish the car well ahead of schedule and kept me informed at every stage in the repair. I thought the final cost represented excellent value for money. The team at HiQ have been brilliant and despite this being my first visit there, I felt like a valued customer. Thank you!

I've been using lancaster HiQ for a number of years now, very friendly, good service and trustworthy.

Always very quick and friendly in the Lancaster branch (I've used them three times now), and they even do home fittings now. The website for booking was very easy to use, and I rang up on the day to get a more specific time when they'd be less busy. They even had wifi so I could get on with some work while I waited for my tyre to be fixed. I always use them now.

We were travelling up the M6 on our holidays when we got a tyre pressure warning approaching Lancaster.
Phoned a couple of garages and was recommended to stop at HiQ. So glad we did! We pulled up and even though was quite happy to wait one of the lads came out straight away to check the tyre for me and found the problem. Within 30 mins we had the tyre fixed and were back on our way. Thank you so much for helping us out - great service, so helpful. Next time I’m in Lancaster and have a puncture I know where to stop!

What a pleasant experience. HiQ recharged my car's Aircon gas and checked and cleaned the whole system. Communication from the team was excellent and included a text reminder the day before. I particularly appreciated the polite and helpful manner of the team members I spoke to. Thank you.

The team at HiQ Lancaster recently worked on my truck. Installed new TPM Sensors and Lifting rods, following installation of after market wheels and shock absorbers.

Everybody was very professional from the get go and were a pleasure to deal with.

On completion I received a full breakdown of works and even a report of my tyres, detailing current tread depth and % of wear, which I found to be a great touch.

Highly Recommend HiQ Tyres and Autocare - Lancaster and will be using them moving forward for all of my vehicles.

I've used HiQ's mobile tyre fitting service and the main garage to replace a coil spring. Both times the service was very professional, and I was back on the road in no time! I had absolute peace of mind driving home 😌

I’ve been using HiQ Lancaster for several years now and the service has always been exceptional. This morning I discovered a flat tyre – the near side front was down to 8 psi and completely undrivable.

I gave HiQ a call and Lynsey and the team immediately took control of the situation. Within no time, they arranged a home visit from their mobile fitting team. The tyre was replaced quickly and efficiently, and we were back on the road without any hassle.

Their professionalism, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile never fails to impress. A huge thank you once again to the whole team – I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

HiQ Scotforth Lancaster, is a superb company, the staff are very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. I had a puncture on the M6 with my cattle trailer full of livestock, an worse 3 of my young Grandchildren with me, although I was over 20 Miles away, they came straight out an got us moving again. Get all my servicing and repairs done at HiQ, always do a great job, and also very reasonably priced.

Excellent service, really friendly and helpful family run business, nothing is too much trouble , everything always explained. My car has never been as well looked after, highly recommend.
