Easy to select tyres on website, with lots of information, and good range of options with decent prices too. Booking was easy. Local garage (Lancaster) got in touch to confirm. Tyres changed promptly. They included a missing wheel nut (for free, thanks!). All in all a much better experience, and much much better value than another well known national chain! Will definitely use again!

Second screw in my tyre this year, great service as always.

Just called in to Lancaster HiQ as I’d been having problems with my key locking and unlocking. I thought as they are all busy I would have to book it in and come back another day. But thankfully Ethan did it straight away for me .

I usually go to the Lancaster branch for my Mot and service. Just over a week ago, I hit a bad pothole. I knew I needed a new alloy an tyre. I rang the branch, and spoke to the manager, who gave me a quote of over £500, not sure if that included coming out to fit it. I am a single pensioner so that price wasn't possible. He said he would look on one of the auction sites for an alloy, I still haven't heard from him. I live in a rural area with no public transport or shops, so I need my car. Luckily I have two sons who came to the rescue.

3rd visit in recent weeks for 3 separate issues. The lads at HiQ sorted out each problem quickly & efficiently with no fuss in a friendly professional manner. Also v.good value-for-money. I can’t fault them & would recommend HiQ Lancaster without reservations.

I took my car in as it needed work and thankfully the team saw that one of my tyres had a bulge in it, I wouldn’t have seen it but thankfully it was identified and rectified quickly. The team are always helpful, welcoming and trustworthy.

Outstanding service. My car tyre had a couple of nails in it and was starting to go down. I went to the HIQ and they had no hesitation in fitting my car in and making it safe for me to be back on the road. All of the team are excellent and do a fantastic job. Thank you for such speedy service, it was very much appreciated.

Took my son’s car in with what we thought was a regular puncture but after inspection the lads found bigger issues. Made us feel really welcome gave us a coffee had a good laugh whilst waiting. Would highly recommend HIQ tyres to anyone in the area.

I had my car in recently for a brake issue and the team were really helpful from start to finish. They explained what the problem was clearly and carried out the repairs quickly. The price was fair and the car is now driving perfectly with no more noise. Friendly service and I felt like everything was handled professionally. I’d happily use them again.

I’ve been using HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Lancaster for a few years now and highly recommend them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help. The work I’ve had done on my car has always been to a high standard. They’re honest about what does and doesn’t need fixing and do a great job. Really helpful to get text message reminders that my MOT and service are due too so I can book in with plenty of time!
