Two cars had service and MOT, then one car had front shock absorber replaced. Just had four tyres replaced. On each occasion, service and attention to detail was excellent. Well done to HiQ Lanark.

Customer Service
The service at the time of booking was great and the workmanship was excellent but when it came to us collecting the van the lady on the phone became rude because we were held up with payment from our head office. She made it very clear that the van would only be released after payment is received as i can understand but the way the lady spoke to us wasn't very nice at all.

Paid £495 for work that wasn't done and…
Paid £495 for work that wasn't done and I had evidence to prove it but their headquarters investigation reply was that the work was done.
Will not be back and would not recommend.
