Exceptional service
I had a piece of plastic body trim on the underside of my car that had come lose. The mechanic jacked the car up and spent 10 minutes reattaching the trim and when he had finished he refused to take payment. Fantastic community generosity. Thank you.

Great customer service
Was looking for a next day MOT, earliest was 3 days, said keep my number and let me know if there's a cancellation. Called back later with a spot that opened up.
