Fantastic as always, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I called into hiq in honiton after noticing a screw stuck in the tyre the garage was very busy so wasn't holding much hope on getting a repair done however the chap behind the counter managed to fit me in and get me back on the road and a very reasonable price for the repair i would highly recommend HiQ to anyone

Just needed one tyre replaced. Was able to book online and team phoned to confirm actual time. Fast efficient and with a very friendly team. Thanks HiQ

I went on line to book two tyres, I check the specifications of the tyres for what I needed and the cost. So I placed the order online, but I did phone the local HiQ to check the price and said it would be cheaper to get them online. I was sent a booking reference receipt with the date and time I ask for.
I went to have my tyres fitted and left my car with them, asking a time when the car would be ready for pick up and my phone number if they had any problems. I gave them plenty of time to fit the tyres and had not heard from them. I gave them two hours to fit the tyres so when I went down to collect my car I could see my car was on the ramps being worked on so I went to the office to pay only to be told my tyres had not been delivered?
I just don’t understand why they did not contact me or check on the tyres before I arrived and working on my car when they had no tyres. I was booked in again 3 days later. I was so annoyed with this and the excuses they made.
It didn’t come to me to ask if they had my tyres.

Thank you to Jules and his team , once again they have gone above and beyond with fixing my daughters Fiat , also older daughters Audi , the service from this garage is outstanding, you don't find customer service like this anymore , Best Garage I've used

Easy to book by phone and excellent service from both reception manager locating good price tyres at short notice and mechanic who fitted the tyres.

Very good communication and competive pricing. Work was carried out swiftly at the allocated time. Will certainly return for replacement tyres in the future

An excellent service very competitively priced

Above and beyond I went in whilst on holiday with a broken exhaust expecting to have to back and in spite of being so busy they fitted the job in and in under three hours we were back on the road again. They ran us up to and picked us up from a local pub to kill the time . We are two disabled ladies and they were so friendly and helpful
Just faultless

The team at Honiton were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions without making me feel like I was imposition.

When they found an additional issue to the one my car was with them for, they offered to show us the new problem before proceeding.

They spoke directly to my breakdown insurance on my behalf. Everyone I spoke to was very polite, they got my pronouns correct and provided an all round fantastic service.

Will definitely be a repeat customer - and have already booked in for a service next month

Had a slow puncture whilst travelling from Newton Abbot to Heathrow to pick someone up. Managed to stop at HIQ Tyres & Autocare in Honiton and even though they were fully booked they still squeezed me in straight away, repaired the tyre and sent me on my way all within half an hour. Great service & very friendly guys.

With a shredded tyre, only a space saver wheel on and 150 miles to drive on motorways, we popped into H1Q on the off chance they could help. Within 40 mins we were on our way, with a new tyre. Thank you to the wonderful team at HiQ, especially Julian.

Very good service, work needed doing straight away with no notice and they took my car in and completed the work by 12 noon and was far cheaper than the garage that did the MOT on my car quoted me for the work first

Excellent staff and work completed on schedule

I was served yesterday by Paul and technician Henry and am very happy to report what a great job they both did. I was a visitor to Honiton and was returning to Surrey when I needed assistance. Two new tyres were fitted and an engine management issue needed to be diagnosed and resolved to get us on our way. Paul's friendly and 'let's see what we can do' attitude was most welcome, helpful and refreshing. To be followed up the next day with a call to check on how our journey went was unprecedented in my experience. Top quality service in my view.

Stopped at Honiton HiQ late on Friday afternoon after noticing I had a severe puncture. Paul the manager was extremely helpful in getting a replacement tyre fitted asap. Great friendly service, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
