Posting this review on behalf of my Mum who found herself with a broken clutch on holiday in Cornwall. Anxious and stressed, Treve and team went above and beyond to accomodate her and got the job done (which itself took 9 hours) within 24 hours of contacting the garage, for a very reasonable price. A particular shoutout to Treve for his kindness and courteousness: juggling other jobs to get hers done; providing contacts for flat-bed trucks to get the car towed; letting her store her bags at the garage as she had checked out of her accomodation at that point; and even recommending local places to get breakfast. (This was in stark contrast to the first garage she tried, Allens in Porthleven, who treated her dismissively bordering on rudeness) A shoutout also to Glen who made sure to check tyres, gearbox and fluid levels at the same time. All in all, a fantastic experience.

HiQ at Helston have been a pleasure to deal with. I genuinely believe that they’ve gone above and beyond for me over the past few visits I’ve paid them. Great communication and honest advice. I’ll definitely be using them again. Thankyou!

Good quality service from a professional team of people who know what they are doing. Got the job done super quick so my 84 year old mother didn’t have to wait too long in the waiting room, much appreciated!

Great quick service, in and out within a hour

In for MOT. Polite friendly staff. Rang me after 30 minutes to inform me of work needing done to pass. Able to complete work and car all ready within two hours. I am really pleased they are my garage, always fair prices and never push to have unnecessary work done. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Drop in with no booking as had a puncher. The guy there got straight on it with no fuss.

Brilliant service quick turn around and happy to help with any enquires I had. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Checked and fixed a tyre straight away. Very friendly service!

Had my car in for MOT, failed on a list of things! But Treve was brilliant in keeping me updated and explaining the situation with what needed doing. I was expecting a couple days for the work to be done but Treve and his team got the work done and through the MOT in the same day. I can not fault them at all from start to finish.

Stopped to have a rear Indicator bulb changed was charged £15. Then tried to charge me another £15 for break light bulb on tge same side that was fine . Day light robbery how can you charge £15 for £1.35 bulb. And then try to get me to pay another £15 for a bulb that's fine never again will I use this garage.

The guys at HiQ are amazing!
They are so helpful and kind. I put my car in for an MOT and service and there was alot that needed fixing and the guys did the job brilliantly. They also think on their feet, I didn't have a certain tool for my wheels but they sorted it out and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Many many thanks especially to Treve, you were amazing, polite and kind on the phone, explained everything thoroughly and gave me options when things weren't working out.

Trustworthy garages are hard to find nowadays, but I think this is one of them.They went out of their way yesterday to get my car through its MOT while I waited.

We were served by Treve and my tec was Ant

On holiday and the car started misfiring. Went to HiQ by chance and they booked a diagnostic for that afternoon, ordered the parts there and then and booked the car in for the next day. By 10.15 a.m. the next day the car was back on the road, all stress removed. Treve was extremely polite and helpful, thanks all round.

We were on holiday with limited time and the car broke down....AA managed to get us to this wonderful garage...Alternator and belt...the best they could do to fit it was a day and half away....we left the car at 6.30 pm Tuesday thinking we would see it Thursday Lunch time...
We got a call at 11am Wednesday....cars ready.....
Trev and Glenn you are stars..you saved the day..thank you so such for speedy help.....it was the wife's senior birthday....and it was all my fault the alternator broke.. ie the way I drive...
