Communication throughout was good. After a small delay sourcing the tyres, new time and date was booked and work completed as planned.
Prices are always competitive and the staff are friendly and professional.
Always use this garage and would recommend to anyone.

Booked on line arrived at 11.30 for a 12.30 appointment as requested. Met by customer focused front desk .
Sat down to wait for the work to be done.
When one of the desk staff came across to inform me that the tyres I had selected would not fit my car .
He explained the difference and the extra cost , unfortunately they did not have them in branch to fit and would need ordered in.
I asked if I could have a different brand which they had in stock ?
This was not a problem , a new quote was made out and I agreed for the work to go ahead.
All work was completed and I was on my way home at 12.30
Excellent service

As always, the booking process and communication was easy and efficient.
The price matches or beats other large online retailers.
The staff are the most polite I have encountered in this type of business.

I always use HiQ. They are local to me, good range of tyres, friendly and fast service. But. I had two tyres fitted earlier this year and one had a strip of weights nearly 30 cm long to balance it. Took the car back and the tyre was changed. Had another tyre fitted last week and the tracking done. Had to return to get the tracking redone as the steering wheel was off centre and car was pulling to the right. Now all the staff were very helpful and the issues resolved but making double visits is not good. One last thing. Check the invoice before you pay or leave. I was charged for new tyre valves. My car has the TPMS so doesn't require valves. I emailed them about this and a member of staff actually came to my house to discuss the issue. So all in all a good service but with little niggles.

Two star because you need to polish up on some of your work effects. You as a company make star reviews not your customer's

Brilliant service and so easy to book online 100% I will use again...... the only reason why I have given it 4 stars is I had the appointment at 3 but had to wait 1hr and 15mins before fitted because the van was late with the tyres.

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, done a fantastic job, kept me informed throughout and very patient and polite, can't recommend them enough

On holiday in Wasdale. Shredded one of my Vauxhall Insignia tyres. Arrived at Hi Q Egremont in a bit of a shocked state. Staff were brilliant. Had a replacement tyre in stock.Fitted while we waited. Excellent professional job. You should all be proud of the team you work with. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I am disgusted in the service I received from HiQ. I got a flat tire around 2 weeks ago, replaced it with my spare of which I knew had a slow puncture. So the following day took it in first thing for a puncture repair. Whilst there I asked if my tires and brakes could be checked as thought I was getting close on 2 tires.
I got refused the brake check completely, and then wanted to charge me £25 to do it on a different day. A service which is offered for free with the other garages.
After waiting nearly 2 hours for a puncture repair to be done. (While I had my 1 year old daughter with me)
They did check my tires and said that they were close to legal, but still fine for about another month yet.
I asked if I could book it in for when i was paid the following week for tires and brakes, but was confronted with quite hostility. I wasn't listened too in the slightest.
I have took my car to a different garage to get the tires changed and a brake check as had lost confidence in HiQ.
I was then confronted with the information that 2 were illegal, one was on border line, and the 4th was warped and cracking. So all 4 needed replaced.
This is even more concerning that HiQ knew I had my 3 children in that car everyday.
If the cracked tire had burst it would have not only put my family's life at risk but other people's on the road.

This isn't the first time that I have had problems with them, along with other family members who have had similar problems with their cars with them.
I am outraged that they didn't inform me of how bad the tires were and basically endangering my children's lives!
None of my family use them now, and nor will I be. I will also be informing other friends and family to avoid indefinitely!!

I needed 2 new tyres urgently but had no appointment. The guys in the office made me feel welcome as they asked of my needs and sorted me out with 2 tyres that saved my approximately £100 from others that I had phoned up. The guys carried out my work swiftly and professionally ensuring that I had been given exactly what I needed. No sales pitch, no false economy just good old fashioned professional courtasy. An absolute first class team - thank you.

Brilliant as always, even after I ordered the wrong tyres they sorted it out straight away. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, best in West Cumbria

A member of staff at Egremont drove me home in the courtesy car, in time for an appointment, after it became clear that the repair was going to take longer than expected.
The repair was completed later, to my satisfaction.
