First time of visiting the Dover store .Staff very professional and experienced replaced my front tyres price was very reasonable will come here again

Great service!

Had a tyre changed at HiQ.
It didn't take long before it was completed. Special mention to Lee who was the technician who was allocated to do the job. He was so polite and handsome.

I had a Engine light come on my car, I had no idea what to do I popped in to the Folkestone Road Dover branch
The gentleman who served me was so kind and helpful
He took the car into the workshop after a few minutes he returned the car back to me and said if I have any further problems not to hesitate and to go back there.
I will not hesitate to go back I will also be taking my car there in the future for MOT is and servicing
The experience was so positive thank you for your help on Friday afternoon you was a star

Very pleased as I have had two cars been in for MOT and a cam belt changed.
I was always kept informed and I definitely will recommend them.

Used the Dover branch for the second time in two months. Both experiences were wholly positive. Friendly and professional staff, who took time to explain things to me in a way that was helpful and not at all condescending. Even advised me not to spend additional monies, that I had initially thought I should. Very satisfied and will use again.

My wife's car was recently in for MOT and service .I was very happy with the level of service I received .the staff are friendly and knowledgeable . They kept me informed of any problems as they were found ,and we talked through to a solution.I would be happy to return for other works

Had an issue with water getting into the car. The team were able to get me booked in and quickly resolved the issue. When the water leak started again the team were able to assist straight away and showed me the problem with the boot. No additional charges great assistance. Would definitely recommend as great customer service. Thank you again.

I had the unfortunate experience of picking up a nail in my tyre. I was lucky enough to live near the hiq in Dover.I have used these gents for tyres and an exhaust system for my wife's car in the past.They were very helpful with my car ,the work was carried out was done in the time frame stated,and reasonably priced.

VERY RUDE person called LEE in Dover centre
We arranged a full A service a week ago to be carried out today at 9am on our GLC250 Mercedes.
We agreed price and time so my husband was there on time this morning when they told him they tried contacting us to clarify prices and because we didn’t reply they couldn’t any longer do the service this morning at 9am but perhaps at 2pm
I checked missed calls but as I get many I didn’t realise it was from them .
I rang and asked Lee when my husband came back why they didn’t send a message or e-mail or at least tried a few more times ringing as this was important for us and them I assumed ?!
I asked why he gave me one price and when my husband arrived the price was different ?
He just said he didn’t know until he checked later that this type of car needs 2 cabin filters and also the price he first gave us was wrong too as he checked later and tried to call us .
I asked why he couldn’t send an sms but apparently they don’t have the capability according to his own words .
I asked him what that meant in this day and age not to be able to communicate sounded odd to me for a company like HI Q ??
I actually just wanted him to own up to this miscommunication and wrong pricing issue and perhaps if he had said sorry and was nice about it we could have carried on .
Instead he said if we were not happy with the service received so far ( no service actually only disservice and waste of our time !) we could always go somewhere else and put the phone down !!
How is that adding insult to injury and what does that do for customer confidence .??
We did our MOT there the week before so they knew the car when I asked for the service and pricing

Martyn was so helpful at the Dover garage, he kindly fitted in my MOT last minute and it was completed within an hour of drop off! He was so reassuring and was able to book in for my new tyres in the same week. Martyn was friendly, helpful and efficient, as a returning customer I would highly recommend!

Went to HiQ Dover today for the first time! Martin was great, professional and honest! I had a flat tyre and my usual garage couldn’t help me but these guys did! They were quick, efficient and reasonably priced. He showed me the damage of my tyre as well as showing me issues with some of my other tyres which also needed replacing! They did the job within 2 hours and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I will definitely go back to them with for my MOT and service later this year! Thank you!

Very friendly and a great experience. I had new tyres and break pads fitted on the same day. They’re Reasonably priced and a nice firm. They even checked over my oil, coolant and screen wash at no extra charge.

After a very bad experience at another company- not going to name and shame but I so should! - the guys at the HiQ dover have done amazing job for us for wheels adjustment. Will definitely recommend aftsr the professional and friendly service which I have received! Definitely my top garage now!

I went and had 2 tyres changed as I can’t afford all 4 at the moment but Martin was extremely friendly and welcoming and took my car In straight away! Place was very tidy/clean which is rare for all the garages I’ve been to previously. Was done within 30 minutes or so, no stress. Will defiantly be going back when I need my other two tyres changing!

My first experience coming to HiQ and I’m really impressed. I was booked in within a few days and there was great communication from the garage before my appointment.
Martin at the Dover branch was friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me and I felt confident with what he told me. He also made me feel comfortable as sometimes I can feel a bit worried going into a garage on my own not really knowing much about cars. Would happily come here again and would recommend.

Martyn & Lee are extremely helpful, full of knowledge and very approachable. They are always happy to help with any queries or questions and all round provide a 5* service we absolutely cannot fault this garage and are so lucky to have this fantastic service on our doorstep. We would highly recommend for any of your car needs!

Went in as needed some new front tyres and was having a few issues with oil. Tyres I needed weren’t in stock but were ordered and in the next day , super quick fitting as well as a reasonable price. On top of that the boys filled up my washer fluid and checked my oil for me at no extra cost. They provided lots of advice r:e the oil and were just generally really nice guys as well as being polite and professional. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent service for new tyres, booked online and had a phone call to confirm booking and requested tyres. 5 minute wait on arrival, friendly mechanic who explained what they were doing and after completing work required they took the time to talk about rest of the car and answer my questions. Will use them again.
