Having been let down by a local garage,the manager shuffled his workload around to fit me in on the same day, replaced the pads,discs and one caliper ,price was spot on as well as the mechanics/fitters.....collectively a brilliant team . .....really good experience 10out of 10 from me..

Excellent service
I have only just started to come to HiQ but I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Ross and the team are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. They are polite, courteous and knowledgeable and I’m so pleased to have found a garage I can trust. Thank you

Ross was super friendly
Ross was super friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable and informative. Even though my car failed it MOT, he was super helpful giving me ideas how to move forward. Excellent! 5* service.

Same day repair
Staff are always friendly and polite and are happy to help on same day if you have a problem, prices are always cheaper than the main dealership garages and are happy to get you the best deal without compromising on parts

Warm and welcoming reception area. Friendly, polite and competent staff. Immediate action to look at the issue, which was a nail in the tyre, luckily only needed a repair.
Great communication when repair was done.
