Pleasant, efficient service with a clean environment in which to wait whilst the work was being done.

I liked the online booking which allowed me to see the costs up front and choose a date. Location is very convenient to walk into town so I didn't need to arrange transport. Very friendly manager on reception. I felt as if I was an important customer. The site is also clean, tidy and well looked after.

The 5 star rating for my recent experience with HiQ is very well deserved.
I went on line on 20 December, easily found the tyre I needed from a good choice and competitively priced and booked my appointment for 22 December. Within a few minutes the store contacted me, checked my order and said if I wanted to drop the car in earlier than 1pm I could.
I dropped the car off at 10am, used the self service check in which was really useful and left my keys.
Within an hour my car was ready for collection.
Great friendly service from Colin, great choice and great price.

The service is excellent and has been ever since we started using HiQ Bedford many years ago. MOT and service today, plus set of new tyres. All carried out to a high standard and priced exactly as they said. The customer service is great. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable (today we were served by Colin, and the mechanic was Nick).
