Short sighted customer service
I placed my oder and realised straight after that the shipping address was wrong. I emailed straight away asking for the address to be amended and provided the new address. Hilton didn't act on my email until the next day by which time they said that it was too late to amend the order as it had been shipped. I wrote to them and they didnt want to knkw. So they have lost a customer for the sake of £12.

EXCELLENT
I always but Hilltop honey from the supermarket but saw the new Hilltoppers on their site and ordered two flavours. The order process was clear, the Hilltoppers were delivered in a timely fashion and REALLY well packed. The Hilltoppers are amazing, spread well and the flavouring is just right

Order received today but only sent 1 720g of blossom honey instead of a pack of 5 x 720g.Have telephoned Hilltop today and a lady was very helpful and promised to forward correct supply as soon as possible.Otherwise all ok as usual.

Good plastic free product
Good plastic free product. (Surprised in this day and age not more widely available.) And the lip balm itself is as good and better than any others on the market.
