I had a problem with My Order and didn't receive a reply for several days. As you can expect I was disappointed. Then I received an email stating, sorry for delay, we have been checking with the Post Office. Product was replaced some additional free of charge honey. What excellent service. I sincerely apologise for being so hasty at first. Excellent Service 😊
