Great honey and fast delivery. My son and I use the chai spiced honey to sweeten our coffee and the cocoa honey with Greek yogurt.

I'm a Newbee so I ordered honey from them on the 10/12/2025 it took 5 days to arrive from today now this is terrible. As i order stuff from Germany which takes only 4 days to get here and you are based in england I also paid extra to get it sooner but this took longer. I have the Honey Slab and Creamed Honey now and i will have to say it's very pleasing now being able to finally taste the wonders you have to offer. Thankfully this just appears to be a logistics dilemma for you to Rectify. Plus now at least you have given out a contact phone number to make the customer feedback and support go with the flow i will up my Rate to ****.

The lip balm itself is brilliant - really smooth and long lasting and great that it’s made from a honey producer in the Uk.
Such a shame about the packaging which I loved - no plastic used which was a real selling point for me has now been changed, as has its availability in my local Tescos.
I wonder what happened??

Please never stop making the lip balm! I get very sore lip and have super sensitive skin and this is the only thing that works. It's even better that it has so few ingredients. Delivery was free and fast. Couldn't recommend enough!
