The car was ready on time and staff was professional and friendly. I got two different answers about turning the car in early when I had a monthly rate but understood the final quote so no problem.

I’ve rented from Hertz several times at this location and it’s always a breeze. It’s really convenient if you’re flying Alaska or Delta as those usually arrive at the east end of the airport.

Great experience at Hertz SNA
The car we rented was immediately available, the pick up was close to the arrivals area, and everything went smoothly.

They increased the weekly rate form…
They increased the weekly rate form reservation. Been trying to get it corrected but has been a nightmare going in circles trying to use the ai chat and then person chat that just won’t really listen and give bogus reason being taxes are more then the reservation but that is a separate line form weekly rate. I emailed a few days ago customer support still awaiting reply.

The counter rep at SNA was rude
The counter rep at SNA was rude, argumentative. I was quoted a rate that showed differently/higher on check out. The rep did not try to accommodate my Gold status. A poor representation of customer service. I’ve rented from Hertz for years. This will be my last rental. We had a handicapped person in a wheelchair and the rep was very non-accommodating.

The car gauge showed full so we didn’t top it off more. And we’re charged $32 for gas. So either the car gauge is broken or why the charge?

The SNA rental experience is quite…
The SNA rental experience is quite different from most airports. I prefer to be able to choose my own vehicle amd go, in this case they bring it to you. The staff is amazing and kind, very willing to help. It's just the setup that is a struggle. Took an hour to get the car when other locations takes 10 minutes tops. Nice that it is located directly on the airport, however I feel even with a shuttle to a rental hub it is still faster. Again this location staff go above and beyond. Not their fault it's a tough setup.

We got in to the office
We got in to the office, the lady behind the desk was very helpful and gave us great customer service. We were in and out on the road in less than 10 minutes. We had a great time. I enjoyed driving the jeep Rubicon while in California. Thank you

Max front desk person
Max, the front desk was very rude, argumentative, lacking knowledge of Hertz policy, rules and regulations. To the level that gives Hertz rental car a very bad reputation! Very disappointing

Great service, great cars for a low price
Had a great experience when picking up the car being able to have a designated area for gold members to pick up there car and had a new car for the week was great! Will absolutely be a returning customer in the future
