Easy pick up and drop off, fair price for good vehicle

Staff at SNA were really nice. The receptionists were nice and the person I dealt with when I returned the vehicle was exceptionally nice and helpful. She made sure I had a great experience with Hertz and showed me the way back to the terminal with clear guidance/instruction.

Choose from for Gold Members/Presidential Circle at this location.. Very limited .. Overall service was good .. and apologized for not being able to accommodate.

Very helpful staff fixed my vehicle request at the Gold member reception desk. I ordered a Nissan Altima sedan on-line, but when I arrived, a SUV was issued to me. After staff fixed this by providing what I wanted, the Nissan Altima was brand new! It was a pleasure to drive. Kept it for a week.

vehicle met all of our needs for a family of 7 with a stroller to fit our luggage and stroller. A little cramped for the adult sitting in the middle, but it worked. Wonderful to pick up at one location and be able to drop off at another.

Counter agent extremely unprofessional. Expressed a loud, noticeably “sigh” when I declined the upsell. Very rude

The signage in the parking structure is terrible. I spent at least 20 minutes trying to find the Hertz desk before I resorted to asking multiple people for directions. I was provided a vehicle rather than being able to pick one out like I am used to. Car was fine, but exiting the parking structure was also difficult due to other poor signage. It had a direct negative impact on my weekend trip and was not convenient. The return signage was awful as well.

never got an upgrade even i'm president circle member, and got even double charge with my rental!!!

Reservation process via Hertz App was quick and efficient. Car pickup and return went smooth. However, as a President's Circle member, my expectation was to either (a) walk in and select a car of my liking or (b) have a newer/nicer car pre-assigned to me.

All in all picking up my car is easy....the one thing that does hold people up at SNA is the fact that there is still a need to check in at a desk for Gold members rather than just being able to go to your car and go. I realize that this may be a function of the way that SNA's rental car area is set up, but if that can be updated in the future, that would be a big plus.

I was given a dirty car filled with fast food beverage containers. A car was switched for a Bronco soft top. Unfortunately the top was not properly secured, when I entered the freeway the top blew off… I almost lost control of the vehicle! I had to quickly get off at the nearest exit to find a place to secure the top. VERY DANGEROUS!! I’m not impressed with the service and security.

Went exactly as it should have gone. Arrived at the desk where i was directed to the car and was on my way in not time. No surprises on the bill after dropping off.
Could not have been any easier.
