Hertz - Santa Ana - John Wayne Airport (SNA) Recensioni 

SNA Hertz location is the worst car rental experience I've had in a long time (and i do travel a lot). Staff are very rude and use threatening language to force you to get a downgraded car, and not enjoy your benefits as a loyal member. I would advise to take your business elsewhere.

I had a rental starting at 1pm Monday afternoon. My flight was late and when I arrived around 3pm I had to wait another 45 min to get my car which was not the car I reserved. I then wanted to extend my rental by 2 days and was quoted $320. I switched it to 1 day, same price. Then I switched to 3 hours...same $320. I ended up returning my car and renting with my new Car Rental company AVIS!!

We did not have a trunk cover and it made me very scared throughout the trip because I had a lot of luggage

Despite being a Gold member for sometime, I still have to go through the whole check-in process with my license a credit card. The system still shows me as a first time Gold member even with numerous long term rentals. It takes 15 minutes to get a car assigned and the car is usually as far away as possible ( feels that way). Normally this would not be a problem, however, I usually come in on a Sunday evening and have a long drive to the hotel. Then I’m up at 4 AM to go to the plant. I’m consulting at. It doesn’t give me a lot of time for rest and every minute that I save getting the wrong car is additional rest. I don’t understand why I can’t just get my keys and go like I see so many other people do while I’m sitting there trying to process my license credit card card.

Customer service was excellent and the mgr was very helpful.

The car was ready on time and staff was professional and friendly. I got two different answers about turning the car in early when I had a monthly rate but understood the final quote so no problem.

Everything went wrong. After 8 calls with customer services, my member ID not included. I was over charged twice, now waiting for a refund.

Great customer service and amazing vehicle!

You charged me 200 dollars more because I was a 1/2 hr early pickup my rental. The agent said they would refund it but it hasn’t shown up on my statement. Since I went through USAA to rent it I have informed them as to your rip off policy. Only I the sacked out state of California could you get away with that fraud

We arrived at LAX Friday night I am president club no cars available. mini vans . We finally got Tiguan Volkswagen. The key fob was not really functioning. We were afraid of being stranded if the key fob died. On Sunday evening we went to SNA AIRPORT LOCATION TO TRADE THE CAR. JILLA THE ATTENDANT WAS NOT HELPFUL. SGE TRADED THE CAR FOR A NISSAN. IT HAD STAINED BACK SEATS AND WAS HORRIBLE. i EXPLAINED THAT I WAS PRESIDENTS CLUB . SHE TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT PRESIDENT CLUB AND I PURCHASED THE RENTAL FROM A THIRD PART VENDOR. ZI BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH HERTZ. SHE WAS RUDE AND SHOULD HAVE VERIFIED IT WITH THE DESK. I WAS VERY AGGRAVATED ABOUT THE TREATMENR. WE LEFT WITH A NISSAN CAR . THE CHECK ENGINE WAS FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS OF THE RENTAL.IT WAS VERY DIAPPOINTING /DID I EVEN RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RENTAL.
