The food is good and there is a lot of selection but recently I am opening boxes to see what’s wrong or missing. The quality is not what it once was. It can be disappointing at times.

It is way too much work. I thought it was supposed to make cooking easier

Offered me a reactivation discount, I loaded and reactive my account. Picked meals and discount was there. Placed and order and the discount was gone when I got charged so I contacted them and they said I never had a code and no way to do it now. But it was the one from the mail that let me set the account up again. Total scam.

Loved how clear, organized and simple it was! The food tested great and was fresh. It was fun to try new meals. The reason I stopped the orders was just because when I cook a meal with food from the grocery store, I usually cook in large batches which helps us save some money.

It’s been great, what we like is it takes the pressure of what to make for dinner.
Only suggestion would be to have more discounts to your current an loyal customer!

Meat portions are quite small for a man. I am surprised you have not made celiac gluten free options. This would be huge for the convenience of celiac people to have help making a safe easy dinner. I may cancel Because options for me are very limited.

Good recipes, vegetables are usually very fresh but are sometimes starting to waste or "hurt" while being handle in packaging.
I wish there was a section of foods for allergies or health issues such as fatty liver or kidneys problems which demand less fat, carbs AND salt!

The food is excellent. I chose the "easier" recipes and they actually are easy. Having everything measured and individually wrapped is exactly what I needed to cook at home, and I didn't even know that's what I had needed all this time!

First time using Hello Fresh, food was very good!
Everything was fresh and easy to follow recipes.
I only wish there was a meal for one.
Other than that very pleased.

Unfortunately, the first order I did was wrong. I ordered three things and one of them was not what I ordered and I ended up throwing it in the garbage. I figured I would give it one more shot, so this is my second order and we’ll see how this goes. If this order is wrong, I will no longer continue.

I like the choiceif recipees but i find its lacking a little seasoning in general. But overal, so far, i like it

Good timely deliveries but prices are becoming expensive, HelloFresh might benefit from better using their negotiating better prices without compromising ingredient quality

On a bien aimé les recettes il était facile à faire et bon. Aussi nous trouvons que c'est un bon remplacement pour le restaurant et nous aide à choisir notre repas.

The meals are very good, and if you think about what you get in a box compared to what you buy in a store the prices are very reasonable.

Protein portions were small. I found a lot of the rice bland. Overall, poor value for the price.
