Great meals, great value. Huge time saver for a busy family

Food was very good, easy to warm and fresh. Saves me a lot of wasted groceries. High protein for myself and my partner. Having a chronic illness, this allows us to stay on track and buy less takeout on bad days where cooking is a chore.

I had To take my order by internet thats ok but i wanted To order for every 2 weeks but the option was not there. I liked that your site ask question about how i want To eat like exp: do toi want food for your health? Do You want To lose weigt ?
When i was finish with everything i wanted To pay be cause im paid every 2 weeks. I tried and tried but i could'nt. Thé next week you wanted me To pay , i had no money i had money the week that i ordered. I kept on getting e-mail and at that moment i e-mail Factor back To tell you guys that i would not pay before getting my food. When its paying time its up side down . Its simple usualy you order and pay right then and there.

Food is delicious! No work on my part just zap for three minutes and I have a beautiful dinner. About 11.00$ a serving. Love Factor

I love that I don't have to worry about grocery shopping and cooking. I hate cooking and always ended up eating junk. Now, I know I'm always eating balanced meals and really enjoying them.

I love the food tasteful, perfect portion and quick. However, with my budget its too expensive. Trying to ear healthy in todays society is just too expensive.

There is a convenience for someone that is single and loving alone. It has also helped me loose weight and I do feel full for longer due to not consuming empty carbs though. It does work out slightly more expensive than just doing it yourself, but the fact that there is no wasted product going bad in my fridge is the reason I keep on going.

The downsides to Factor though is the consistency with regards to the quality of food. Sometimes it is not that great, and it would also be nice if it didn't have just broccoli and beans as the sides, as basically 90% of the food does. It's almost as if their chefs have not heard of other vegetables.

The Delivery was on Time, Items were very well packaged, the meals were Delicious, I am very pleased!

To start, was easy to order. Delivered when promised, except leaving between the two front door are not secure. Food is very good and so easy.

So glad i had some leftover Costco Greek Salad so I could feel better about throwing this crap out. Tried several and they were all, for me, not good enough to eat. Oh well, at least i lost weight.

Really good service and good food, but I find the menues are pretty much the same every week not much changed, not much options for glp1 menue and keto and calorie wise.

I enjoyed the meals I had, but it’s too much work to manage this service. You cannot suspend your account and choose specifically the weeks that you want when you want. The service is pushed to you and you have to remember to suspend essentially every week, which is time-consuming. They also don’t send a reminder to remind you if you want to make any changes.. I didn’t even pick from the menu selection and food was sent. Fruit is decent. Customer service is decent business model and friendliness needs to work.

Purchased the meals as I'm Very picky for my lunches. I was tired of premade meals from the grocery store. The variety in the chicken meals have been enjoyable. All the meals have chicken and sides that are tasty and well cooked. Also loved the chocolate and coconut snack bars. The meals are also good for people who are diabetic, no more spikes in sugar.

Ca serait plaisant de pouvoir choisir nos repas favoris, et que ils se choisissent automatiquement quand les boites se renouvellent. Ca devient fatigant d'avoir a aller choisir ces repas a chaque semaine, et si tu oublie de le faire a temps, croise toi les doigts que tu seras pas pris avec des repas que tu aime pas

Amazing as usual and extremely convenient. The recipes and tastes ais always delicious. I really love the portion sizes.

The food was delivered on time on the right day. I would like the driver to ring the doorbell on delivery.
The food is tasty and fresh. So far I am very happy to save me from cooking.
I wish the cost was cheaper as I live on a pension

Great tasting food excellent for shift work 12 hour shifts no time to cook

I had food poisoning with two different meals at two different times. Finally cancelled them. They try to give you a credit so you stay with them. I’m done with Factor. I think they recycle unused meals.
