Hell Bunny is awesome. Clothing is comfy, well made and long lasting. Customer service is always helpful and lovely when needed. They are one of my favourite brands

Kellie from Hell Bunny was absolutely amazing to deal with! 💖 I reached out because the straps on my overalls were different lengths, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she reply super quickly (which blew me away since she’s in the UK and I'm in Australia!), but she also gave me a few different solutions to choose from so I could pick what worked best for me.

Her emails were so kind, friendly, and professional—it honestly felt like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. She made the whole process stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure I felt looked after. It’s rare to get such personal and thoughtful service, and Kellie really made me feel valued as a customer.

I already loved Hell Bunny for their beautiful clothes, but Kellie’s amazing customer service has made me love the brand even more. Huge thank you to her—she’s an absolute star!

Sizing is wrong. According to the size chart online large/14 is 31.5" waist, but the actual measurement on the trousers I ordered is only 29". At a non-refundable £5 for delivery plus having to pay for returns, this is not great and I won't be risking ordering from this shop again.

Kellie Rix was incredibly helpful when I was trying to use a code that wouldn’t work and reorder a skirt that was too big. Super quick, helpful and efficient.

The customer service is so prompt and easy to reach feels like company is a friend and quality of material is very good. Will repurchase, I will recommed this store. Already purchased twice

I have ordered a coat for my wife for our anniversary. We did have a glitch with the currier, however Kelly from customer service was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond to get the coat to us as soon as possible.

Kellie (Customer Services Manager) is so helpful. I had some sizing issues in the order process but Kellie gave me excellent service and was so responsive.

The quality and range of the clothing is exceptional.

When ordering I recommend getting a size or two higher (if you have a larger bra size).

The item I purchased was faulty unfortunately but within hours of contacting He’ll Bunny I had been sent a postage label to return the item for free and a replacement item was received the very next day. This company offers great customer service with obviously dedicated staff. Excellent!!

My partner is a big fan of Hell Bunny Clothing and accessories so I knew ordering her some things for our anniversary would be a hit! Unfortunately due to no fault of Hell Bunny my order had an issue, Dealing with the customer service was extremely easy and pleasant and I can not commend them enough for their extremely polite and professional approach. Everything was handled very quickly and in a stellar fashion! My order is now with me and I can not wait to gift it to my partner in a few days!

Incredible designs made in the most beautiful fabrics that last for years and years, I have many items in my wardrobe from 10+ years ago that still look like new and get comments whenever worn, Hell Bunny really is the best of the best and I am always excited to receive my orders as I know they are sure to be a new favourite.

I absolutely love this brand! The majority of my wardrobe is Hell Bunny products, and I wear them all the time. I have only ever had one issue with a product, but this was immediately resolved, and I couldn't be happier with the response I received. I was made to feel genuinely valued as a customer.
This brand is flattering and comfortable without sacrificing aesthetics.

My first time ordering something from Hell Bunny. Even though there was a bank holiday inbetween ordering and shipping I received everything in short time. I saw an item on a second hand site and as it was not in my size I looked up the brand on the interent. The quality, material and fit of the clothes are much better than expected (you never know, when ordering via internet). They feel lovely and are all in the right size. I needed something last minute for a wedding and I will have so much fun wearing these wonderful clothes. I giggled trying them on.
