Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. After placing an order Royal Mail sent my order to the wrong depot. I emailed the company after a few days of no tracking updates. I didnt receive a response so I contacted Royal Mail directly who had no idea where the package was as there was no scans since it went to the wrong depot and advised me to contact Heidi Feathers to ask them to re order. I again contact Heidi Feathers who were of no help at all. As I needed this for a course which would now miss the date. They advised me to buy elsewhere and refuse the delivery when it arrived then when it was returned back to them they would refund me. The order was lost so it would never get to me so how would I receive a refund!!! They didnt offer to chase the delivery or resend on a next day delivery. I have no idea at the moment how I'm going to get my refund. I would NOT recommend this company 😐
