I have been a fan of knitpro products for a long time but this case.... 😬 is it named the charcoal collection because of what you want to turn it into? 🔥 The needles fly out everywhere as they aren't secured in the pockets. You really need to keep the whole case in the mesh bag it is sold in so as not to lose bits and pieces. Ive had it for a few months now and am fed up with it. Disappointing product.

I have bought quite a few needles. Enchanted by the colours and choices. They are either clanky, heavy, or the writing sticks out so the stitches get stuck on them. I have had to return needles. One pr of Nova 2mm x 25cm that one of the needles points was literally a sewing needles! That went into my finger. The points have joins that are a pain to knit with. Basically they are toys. Buy Chinese needles. Even the £5.00 sets of 11 are far supior to Knitpro.

I recently purchased the KnitPro Dreamz Fixed Circular Needle, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and performance. Købte to Knitpro rundpinde, kaldet Mindful, som skulle give en fantastisk strikkeoplevelse. Elendig kvalitet; garnet kan ikke glide over samlingerne. Knitpro frarådes i den grad!

Leider kam meine Bestellung nicht komplett an.Mir wurde unterstellt das ich einen Betrug begehen würde.Es wurde sich nicht drum gekümmert.Paypal hat sich dann drum gekümmert.
Werde in diesem Shop nichts mehr bestellen.

I teach knitting to young kids - mostly girls. The kids like the Dreams needles because of the colors and I like them for their smooth finish which makes their work glide. Knitting means a lot to me, and I love sharing it with youngsters. Teaching them with the right tools makes all the difference in the world.

Und schon wieder hat sich ein Seil aus dem Gewinde gelöst 🙈🙈🙈, Nadeln brechen am Gewinde. Reklamationen bei Knitpro, die verweisen auf die Garantiezeit. Mittlerweile habe ich ganze 4 Nadeln (Spitzen) kaputt. Werde KEINE KNITPRO Nadeln bzw. Spitzen von Knitpro benutzen. Es gibt genügend andere Alternativen. Bin definitiv fertig damit.

I use KnitPro needles for nearly 15 years and I’m very happy with those needles. I call a huge variety my own (stainless steel, aluminum, wooden, bamboo) They are permanently in use and there are nearly no issues. Of course I broke I wooden one, but that was my fold!!!! Price/quality for me is very normal - they are not cheap, but in a good range. Last one I owned was “Amore”….they are adorable

I bought a luxury changeable knitting needle set. J’adore. After half a year, a needle breaks, while I am knitting. Knit Pro does not offer guarantee, because I have bought the set on Amazon, even though I have sent them the receipt.

In the last couple of months, two pairs of Symfonie circular needles have broken on me: with one, the cable pulled out of the tip, and the other developed a splinter in the ‘chevron’ that catches on the yarn with every stitch. Both pairs are unusable.

These needles are not cheap but I’m seriously unimpressed by the quality of the product. I’ve contacted Customer Service even though I don’t remember when I bought either pair, but having read other reviews, I’m not hopeful. Knitting needles should last a lifetime, not just a couple of projects!

Jeg er nybegynder i strik og ville bare have det bedste - mega spild af penge!

Most of the needles are wonderful, my problem comes from them not honouring their warranty. I have a set of rosewood square interchangeable needles one of the 5mm needles broke. Although their warranty states that it is covered for a year, and it's been less than 6 months... Knitpro has repeatedly refused to honour their warranty and instead keeps coming up with flimsy excuses as to why they will not replace that one needle. Although I like their products for the most part, that alone makes me want to avoid them in the future. There are plenty of companies with equally good or better products that do in fact honour their commitment to their customers. Poor Show Knit Pro.

Cette marque a une bonne réputation et propose des produits attirants. Je me rends compte qu'elle est basée en Inde et qu'il n'y a concrètement aucun service client potable derrière cette entreprise qui optimise certainement ses finances, à vendre des choses très chères qu'elle fait sûrement fabriquer à moindre coût dans des pays pauvres (avec les beaux discours qui vont bien sur les conditions de travail de leurs employés là-bas, jolies photos à l'appui), sauf que quand on commercialise ses produits en Occident, je considère qu'ils ne devraient pas être fabriqués si loin.

Qu'est-ce qui m'a amenée à me poser des questions ? Eh bien, j'utilise régulièrement 3 modèles de leurs aiguilles circulaires interchangeables et j'en ai acheté plusieurs, récemment, qui étaient défectueuses. Étonnée par ce manque de qualité d'une marque connue et réputée (et pas bon marché en plus) d'origine américaine (du moins, je le croyais), et étonnée de ne trouver aucune coordonnée d'un quelconque service client français ou même européen... A accumuler les achats pour rien d'aiguilles à la pointe râpeuse et donc inutilisables, j'avais au moins envie de signaler qu'ils devraient un peu plus soigner leur contrôle-qualité, je me rends donc compte qu'ils sont basés en Inde... ceci explique cela, j'imagine, et je pense que je vais progressivement changer toutes mes aiguilles Knitpro pour du matériel européen (allemand ou suisse, hélas, vu qu'aucune marque française n'existe sur le secteur des kits d'aiguilles circulaires interchangeables... et c'est bien triste.

Jeg har købt den store æske med udskiftelige rundpindesæt. Noget af en udskrivning!!
Desværre knækker de let, og garantien er udløbet allerede efter et år. Hvem når alle pindestr.igennem på så kort tid?
Knit pro træplade er ikke pengene værd!!!

Absolute joke!
My mum bought Knitpro needles and they cracked pretty much straight away! Emailed them about the quality issue, and they promised to send the substitute. It's been 8 months now, and nothing has been sent to her! Apart from emails with blabla about them sending the needles every 3 months. Come on, knitpro, if you can't provide a high class customer service, keep your head down, stop throwing promises. Poor quality of produts, rubbish customer service. Not recommend.

I have bought a couple of sets of Symfonie interchangeable needles and various cables, but they are pretty useless as they keep coming unscrewed. The metal keys, supposedly to tighten them up are just thin bits of metal that don't grip on anything in the holes in the metal part of the cable.

Also the purple plastic stoppers are ridiculous because they don't fit on the needle tips. The holes aren't deep enough so they just fall off. I do not recommend these needles at all, and at £8 a pair, they are a total rip off as they're not fit for purpose.

I note that KnitPro doesn't bother responding to messages, so looks as if the customer service is as bad as the products.

Knitpro sell very expensive products, but the quality has unfortunately proved to be very poor - you do not expect to purchase a very expensive needle set costing around £45 and find that one of the wooden needles has large splinters which enter your fingers!

Worse still, the response from the company has been appalling. Not at all easy to deal with and more than a month on I'm still waiting for a replacement to arrive.

This company appears to be based in India, though it's impossible to tell from the website where it's based. No address, no phone contact, slow to deal with emails and complaints - just the sort of company you'd give a wide berth to if you knew what they, and their products, were like.
