I needed help this month due to Covid 19 and me losing my job. David was able to help me and it didn't make me feel like a loser or anything, lol. Thanks for being there for me during these tough times Heartland Legal Group, you're awesome!!!!

I was laid off in July due to COVID-19 and was unable to make my September payment. I called Heartland for help and they were more than willing to accommodate. David in customer service was amazing to deal with and was very understanding of my situation.

I have never had a experience like this before so it's been quite difficult, I am having a hard time dealing with the collection calls, since we have never been late on a payment. I am sure that once I get validation from heartland that they are forwarding on our payments I will be able to deal with it better. I don't understand what happens if one of our creditors refuse the program.

I called about a problem with one of my creditors, and they were very helpful, and explained it step by step.

Everything has been good so far as we have just begun the process. Courteous staff and all questions have been answered.

I have been a client for 6 months and I have been completely satisfied with the service and the ease of using the portal. Any questions I have had were promptly answered by the most helpful staff. All of the correspondence received from my creditors are sent easily through the portal as well as extra funds. This is a positive experience for me.

Finding the services of Heartland at a very difficult time in my life took such a load off my shoulders. Due to health issues and resulting medical bills I really was desperate. They helped me make a plan and stick with it.

Ok, soo I’m new w/this company n I’m full of questions n stress !! I have been told that they would be there for me If I needed any answers however I have tried over n over again to reach out for help n ashamed to say I have broken down n cried Wondering If I made the right decision !! Today, Jessica S. Answered some of my questions n made me feel as I did mattered ! She apologized for some misunderstanding events in the company ! It’s only been 2 wks since I joined n I sure do hope this gets easier on my nerves ! Thankss Jessica for supporting me today thru the weekend !! Boom EW

I was never advised that I would no longer be allowed to ever use the credit accounts that Heartland was going to settle. That would leave me with $0 in available credit after the settlements. So I called to cancel and that was very easy, they advised they would send me a refund of the funds I had paid in since I was canceling before they had done anything. Well, out of $1500 my refund was $139. SERIOUSLY!?!? So, I called them and they were willing to refund me the retainer of $600. I lost roughly 1/2 of what was paid in and have 3 negative dings on my credit for 1 month which decreased my score by 97 points! ouch

It's been a relief working with the Heartland Legal Group. It's never an easy decision going through this process, but the team will take their time, explain all the options, layout the steps, and help you make the best decision for you as possible.

I called Heartland for my client check-in and talked with Shade. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. It was a very good phone call.

Great company and great service. Whenever I call they pick up in a timely fashion and are always overly kind. Very pleased with Heartland.
